Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cleanly ness in room and the location. But, the outside corridors are not that much good.
There are quite natural items are there in breakfast like boiled eggs, jam, butter, oats, cornflacks, bread, etc. But if they can provide Hot Milk will be good to have cornflacks or oats.. I couldn't get the Hot Milk at all.

Obviously this hotel is located closeby the airport, so it's not at the beach. However, it's located only a 20 minute drive from the beach and West LA e.g.
Basically everything. Especially the enormous offer of restaurants and a shopping mall closeby to the facility.

I like the fact that it has a lot of shopping centers around. There is a Starbucks next to the hotel and a pharmacy nearby.
I like the location and they have a variety of different types of rooms available to accommodate all kinds of guests.

I didn’t like that you had to register to eat breakfast. No one informed us about that so we just left, can’t believe I payed for the hotel and couldn’t even eat breakfast

The price.

I asked for late checkout at 12pm at reception, they agreed. The next day I get a knock on the door asking for checkout, I told them 12pm. I get a phone call asking for checkout, I told them 12pm. At breakfast, staff asked what room I was in. Staff did not ask anyone else what room they were in.

Some things were a bit dated and could use an update. The TV was unable to switch inputs and have very limited channel options.
Everything was clean. The in-room jetted hot tub was fantastic. Parking was affordable and plenty of spaces available. Included breakfast was a bit above average for a motel breakfast offering in my opinion.

Like other previous reviews…when you enter in the rooms you feel a strange smell, not a nice smell and after I’ve left the hotel all my clothes got that smell ..I have to wash all my clothes….. Guests should have free parking but you have to pay $10 a day Towels are clean but doesn’t smell nice…. The room price is to high for what they offer I wouldn’t stay anymore at this hotel….

Breakfast could have been better. I had hard boiled eggs because the scrambled eggs were terrible and most likely made from powdered eggs. A lot of traffic in front of the hotel.
Location close to SoFi Stadium which was why we stayed there.

Room on the main street, very noisy and hard to sleep. The smell of the room, we kept the window open all night long.
Spacious and clean room. Avarage breakfast. Staff was friendly. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Not too far from the airport.
