Very quiet and comfortable

Sound proofing between rooms not great especially when do many guests seem to get up early. Trucks pull up outside front of room at night. Sound of traffic can be heard but not too badly. Bathroom dated.

Easy to get to of freeway. Perfect stop on your way to San Francisco. Lots of food options nearby. Staff friendly. Buffet breakfast included. Super comfy bed. Loved the little cats.

This Best Western was clean with fairly modern rooms. The staff were very helpful. I can’t believe I’m saying this about a best western, but the beds and pillows here were amongst some the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Much more comfortable than more expensive hotels.

Pool was closed for maintenance even though it was really hot and would have been nice to get in. Air conditioner made loud rattling sound.

Very spacious room. Close to gas, convenience stores, and fast food. Good shower. Movable desk and nice chair. Freezer compartment in refrigerator. Nice ice machine by the pool. Good breakfast. Convenient parking near rooms.

Price was twice as much as stay on 3/25 for an identical room. Shower curtain was too short for tub so leaked. Maid came in and stripped bed and took towels while we were at breakfast which has never happened to us before. We suggested to front desk they wait until guests have left before entering room.

Great value for the money. The location is 1/4 mile from a major destination resort. Right off HWY 5. The is a Horney Toad race when the carnival comes on Memorial Day.

It is a bit hidden and the directions to the hotel are vague. Took a few loops of driving to locate the office.

I loved the convenience of the location: a 1/4 mile from the Harris Ranch Restaurant. The Country Inn itself is so clean, so quiet and reasonably priced that it will be on my “favorites “ list.

The location is convenient, but there is a smell in the air from the local cattle industry when outside. Even so, we've chosen to stay here again on a road trip because of the other factors.

The hotel is right off of I5 and is a convenient stopover during a road trip. Staff were very nice. Room and all facilities were clean. We had a lot of room including a small sofa and table. Refrigerator was larger than average, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was ample.

In room coffee service was minimal ... no tea, no decaf ... pillows overstuffed cheap foam waaaayy to thick to be useful.

Room close to parking so not far to carry my stuff. Quiet. Location close to good food (Harris Ranch). Firm bed. Comfortable temperature control.

Very nice updated room with a comfortable bed. Availability for late check in and a location right off of the highway made it very convenient.

Other services near this location failed to make it through the pandemic shutdowns. It may take some time to get back to full services.

This is a highway location. Our room was recently renovated (maybe just a few days ago). It was very clean and well-equipped. Bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well (it was needed due to insane heat on the day we travelled through).

I was making the reservation thru snap travel and was informed their cheapest rate room was no longer available, so I went with what I thought was their next offer, but when I checked in, I had reservations for 2 rooms instead of one, and I have no idea how booking.com jumped all over my transaction with snap travel. I am quite disappointed with both agencies and am still not sure if I might be charged for 2 rooms as opposed to the one room I desired. I have had this happen more than it should, like never, especially with Expedia. It's like someone or some algorithm is so purposed to create number of reservations that the client is walked all over, unexpected and left feeling mistreated. You suck!! But the checkin personnel caught this and tried to do what they could to cancel one of the reservations.🙂
