We wished there were USB jacks in the room. We had to hunt down wall blocks to charge our devices.

The location is excellent! Right next to all shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they stock the pharmacopia line of toiletries, which are quite nice. The breakfast was great as well. We didn't use the pool, but we saw a group of kids leaving it who looked like they had a great time. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The pool and spa. The pool had kids running and jumping in going from the pool to the hot tub visa versa. While we were in. They both need painted or something. Looks bad. Jets didn't work on the spa.

The blankets were very thin, we called to ask for more blankets and were told there were no extra blankets available because they were full. The walls are definitely thin, and you can hear people talking in the room next to you.

Unfortunately the people upstairs were stomping but everything else was fine. The breakfast could’ve had scrambled eggs instead.

Almost everything was clean on arrival except for some beard clippings on the bathroom vanity top around the faucet. The bathroom floor also needed a good cleaning. Other than that, everything else was great.

Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like that there was a problem with getting the correct room initially because I called multiple times to confirm BUT the staff was very helpful and took care of the issue.

Good location for out of towners because everything is close. I'm local so I already know this. The breakfast options weren't too bad. Room was very clean.

Paper thin walls and floors. I heard tvs and discussions and people running up and down the hallway. Workout center needs new cardio equipment. Hot tub was broken😕

I arrived an hour earlier then check in as I was driving in for a funeral that was starting at the time I arrived. there were no calls in the parking lot and no one at the desk. I called the number and explained the situation and urgency. they advised me they had no rooms available or clean. I mentioned it to the lady when I arrived back at 8 and she said she was surprised and that they wouldn’t have time to clean all the rooms in a hour.

I can't really say anything bad about this place, the only complaint I have is that the pool was kind of small and the water was cold

The place was easy to find and get to, right off the freeway. The room was clean had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower was amazing with a high-end detachable showerhead. The breakfast was much better than the standard hotel breakfast. It tasted like the sort of food you'd get at a restaurant, not the cheap, over-processed junk that most hotels serve. The selection was great, they even had a waffle maker to make fresh waffles

There was only one towel and wash cloth per person. I have fine short hair and had to ask for more shampoo. Maybe get the bottles that mount in shower.
