We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaCheck out was up until 11 turn over services came banging at 10! The floor was clearly in need of a broom and mop. Had to walk around with shoes on the whole time after finding my feet so dirty from walking barefoot. The pillows were not suitable. Look fluffy but the minute you lay on them they are flat as paper not even stacking all four together made for a cheap “walmart” brand pillow.
I loved the room laying the privacy.

United States of AmericaI didnt like that the floors wasn’t swept. The lights didn’t work besides the kitchen area and bathroom. there was a dead roach in my fridge. The sheets was dirty. there was a dirty towel under the sink.
the location was great it was near all my favorite stores and food places. wawa was right across the street which was 24/7. the bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe pillows were horrendous… they were small and way too soft. There were no extra pillows or blankets available in the rooms. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Although this wasn’t in control of your facility, there were multiple guests that were SO LOUD at 11:00 at night and 1:00 in the morning.
The room was clean and the price was right for what we needed it for. The size of the room was spacious enough. The motel was in an easy location accessible to where we needed to go.
