We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is old and somewhat dated, which I knew ahead of time. No make-up mirrors & most patios, balcony’s have no chairs to sit out on. But the housekeeping people work hard and keep everything clean.
It was ok, just the regular offerings. The one morning i went to get orange juice, all that come out of dispenser was water. But the staff attending to breakfast, kept it very clean.

United States of AmericaOur first room had a severe mold issue near the air conditioner. we had to be moved a another room that also had some water damage on the wall, but was a little cleaner. the staff was friendly and moved us very promptly. I will say I feel the price did not match the condition of the hotel and we more reflective of the location. The breakfast was also not great. there was very few options and the egss were not fresh. They ran out of coffee on our 2nd day.
The bed was relatively comfortable. The pool was a good size as well as the hot tube. The location was really good due to the close proximity to Silver dollar city and the hotel staff was very pleasant.

United States of AmericaThe room was not cleaned while we were out and we didn't realize that we needed to put a sign on the door and we didn't have one but that came to our attention that evening and we were leaving the next day so we just let it go. Not that big a deal.
the breakfast was very good and it had plenty of variety. The room was nice and clean and it was quite and we didn't bring our dogs this time but glad to know that they are dog friendly and we were glad that the pool was an indoor pool so it the weather had been bad we could still use it and even the pool was nice and big and clean.

United States of AmericaThe long distance to walk to the dining room , front desk and swimming pool with bad knees and heart issues. Had to drive car to get to front of building. Also the elevator was not easily accessible and the stairs were dirty and didn’t seem safe to me.
