Grandson and I was upset that pool was out of order. And in the morning we were about to take a shower before checking out , didn't have hot water.

Our stay was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was great and friendly.

It was clean, nice size room, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly & reasonably priced! We were only there one night to visit the college our son will be attending but, would definitely stay again in August when we go back to move him in the dorms.

Shower curtain rod was loose and curtain slides open mid shower. Annoying but I rigged it and made do.

The elevator was dirty, the room and furniture very dated. We couldn't read the thermostat and had try several times to start the air conditioner. The room was 77 degrees when we walked in. The breakfast was very sparse offering two hot options and two cold options.

The staff was friendly.

I didn't like tge smell of my room. Kind of an oily hair smell. One of the pillows smelled pretty bad too. Also, I came home with what appears to be bed bug bites on my left arm.

It was on the ground floor and in a good location.

I thought the amenities could use an upgrade. The pancake machine didn't work, there was no peanut butter or yogurt.

We were told breakfast will be served from 6 to 9 AM. We arrived in the breakfast area at 8:15 and all the hot food was gone and there was no replacement. Quite a few people came in after that and we’re disappointed that there is no food left. There was no staff available and no notice. This was very disappointing.

The air conditioner made a loud rumble every time it came on or shut off, the bed was not comfortable and it appeared they didn’t pay attention to refreshing the breakfast. I went to breakfast at 7:30 and the eggs were not only gone but the remnants were all dried out like they had sat there quite a while and there was nobody around to ask for more.

Very weird little bed pillows. Our room was very warm but when I called about it they immediately moved us to another room that was great. Only other thing is the small fridge was pretty noisy. I also feel one should have to show their room key when entering the main door because anyone can just walk in without question. I find that to be a bit of a safety concern.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Location was convenient for our reason for being there.

the room had a smell in it. The breakfast could have been better. It was not monitored. I had to get someone to put more things out. The scrambled eggs were not mixed well. They were strange. The breakfast needs to be monitored. That’s why people stay in some hotels.

The hotel advertise their breakfast as a buffet. Its not a "buffet" in the literal sense. There wasn't alot of variety. There were no healthy options. There was meat and a host of carbs. There was no strawberry jelly, no cream cheese for the bagel, no flavored coffee creamer. Only had maple and cinnamon oatmeal. The breakfast was not for me but I'm sure someone loved it.
