We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I didn't see a breakfast, which is one of the reasons why I chose this place. Otherwise, staff was friendly, rooms were decent. No real complaints.

Some of the bed linens needed to be switched out that had stains and holes. Bed frame railing sticking out of box framing creating a trip hazard. Management was notified who explained it was from cleaning/pest control treatment and that they would fix it promptly.

The sheet had spot. The room did not have towels for 4 people.
The location was within a short distance from the facility where my daughter had to sing. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They made sure we got a room on the first floor because we had alot of luggage. We were very appreciative of the concern. The price was also great.

One of the reasons that we booked a stay there was for an indoor heated pool. I even called before I booked the room to make sure that the indoor heated pool was working. I was told that it was. We arrive with two very tired baseball players, who needed to get into heated water due to sore muscles from playing ball all day. The pool was not heated. It was frigid and cold. Upon telling staff, staff called management, and management said it could not be run during the summer. It is fall. We will likely not stay in a Red Roof Inn again. Not a very good first experience.

The room smelled like pee, we had to go buy febreeze to help with the stench and it did not help.
It was comfortable and the staff was friendly, and it was only 7 minutes from downtown.

While the hotel and the room were very clean and tidy, we noticed that the mattress on the pull-out sofa was badly stained. When we asked for linens for the pullout bed, we were given freshly washed and dried linens, but the blanket provided had a very sizable hole in it. We were also slightly disappointed that there wasn't a continental breakfast provided (we had to check out early that morning), but for the price, we couldn't complain about that.
The hotel was clean and recently refurbished. We also appreciated the indoor pool which was on-site. The location was great with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Our dog was permitted to stay with us without an extra charge, which was great. We appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff as well.

Walking up the stairs, but I guess that couldn't be helped. I prefer carpet to hard floor, but the floors were clean.
I didn't know it had breakfast. Anyway, got in late and left early. It was nice while I was there. Bar of soap could be bigger, but that's why I bring my own. Overall, it was nice.
