Unable to find pet fee price prior to booking. Currently $20 / night/animal . No grass in close proximity to room so requires going out by road. Not a noisy location or extremely close to road. Pool area right in front of rooms that unsure who is staying in. Didn't feel comfortable using.

Breakfast great and did change up each morning...location great close to HEB, WALMART, TARGET. Right around from train but definitely not hearing noise from it.

The bathroom was like a sauna and the beds were so hard. There were ants everywhere in our room. I had to go to Home Depot at 9pm to get bug spray for the room after just unpacking our car. Z There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Luckily it was dead from the bug spray I sprayed the night before. My family and I stayed a week and we were ready to leave on our checkout date.

Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

blinds didn’t completely block out the light in morning. first room did not have any water coming from the bathroom sink. moved to a new room and that room only had cold water in the bathroom faucet. no hot water in sink. management is responsive and eager to please.

good location close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

We did have some bugs in our room (I understand it's not possible to keep all bugs out, but still wasn't the best. The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't incredible.

the outside looked really run down, the gym was closed with what looked like old ac units piled up in it. the toilet wobbled when you sat on it.

the room was clean and comfortable. the shower was great temp and pressure. the black out curtains were great.

The breakfast was very limited and not up to the standards of other hotels I have been to. Dirty sheets, no hand towel for drying hands. Smelled like weed outside.

The bed was comfy although the sheets were either unwashed or stained. The location was convenient for food nearby and next to a fun walking trail.

Closer attention should be given toward maintenance issues. The toilet seat was broken and loose. Care had to be taken when sitting down.

I told the receptionist that I experienced a fall in the bathtub due to the slipperiness of the tub. There was no mat or non-slip pads in the tub. No injuries but my pride! 😂

near the swimming pool and several people congregated and we could hear them from our room. doors opened from outside. as a single woman traveling with my daughter I’m that made us nervous.

location to our event at the HEB center. lots of restaurants. walmart .5 miles one direction and target .8 the other. pillows were so soft and comfortable. the beds were comfortable. AC worked and it was a muggy weekend!

requested a handicap room with shower. The designated handicap room is not handicap useable. had a bathtub verses an open floor shower. The tub created a handicap an is not a functional handicap room. The current handicap designation needs to be eliminated until such time the handicap designation is fully compliant. The hand held shower is to high and cannot be retrieved without assistance. Using a wheelchair the current configuration the rooms are in themselves a handicap. extremely important that the handicap rooms be upgraded to be 100% compliant!

The room needs updating. The carpet was funky, the bathroom floor was stained and there were rust marks near the floor of the bathtub.

Bathroom shower head pointed to the wall of shower and had to adjust it. Towels were rough and felt like sandpaper.
