Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Misleading that it was centrally located to the historic district. It was not in walking distance.

AC was a bit too loud.

We arrived after 6 and left early in the morning so I can’t say too much about complaints. We slept well.
I thought the gals working to get food out and hot did a good job. The beds were very comfortable. Our tv wasn’t working and the gal at the desk came to our room and fixed it for us.

Haven't had any issues or problems during my 2 night stay.
First of all everything was really nice, tidy and clean. The room was spacious and well maintained, the sink and the big mirror with led lights seemed recently renovated / remodeled. The bed was above average, i usually have less comfortable nights outside my home. The breakfast area was a bit crowded but the selection was nice and tasty. I highly recommend this Best Western Inn.

The property is right across the street from the army base’s airfield and during the night , you could hear helicopters, planes taking off and landing.
The property was clean and the room was updated and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety to offer including hot and cold options. The pool was amazing.

I did not like Dish tv. Too limited in choices. I think the breakfast selections could have been better. They did not vary at all. The pastry selection was limited to mini blueberry muffins and mini powdered donuts. The coffee was bitter. The sausage links were greasy. I would rate the breakfast as adequate, but not outstanding. The housekeeping staff never made our beds or cleaned our room. One day, they did not bother to pick up our used towels. I let the front desk know and she gave me bags to put our used towels in. She was very disturbed that our room was left uncared for. I know it was an oversight, but still the guest expectation is for the room to be cleaned while away. And we did not put our “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. These gnat-bites would not prevent me from staying here again, but it’s just what I experienced. Overall, the stay was good.
I liked the location. It was very convenient to get to historic Savannah and there were lots of restaurants and stores nearby if shopping was needed. I liked the beds. They were comfortable. I liked the parking. I liked the pool. The orange juice at breakfast was tasty. The property was very neat and cared for. The breakfast staff cleaned like busy bees. The front desk managers were friendly and helpful.

The friendly staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was excellent although the room was very crowded. The location was excellent and fairly close to the historic district.

More sugar and creamer for a cup of coffee in room. Only one bedside table shared by both beds. Bathroom needs a vent.
Very clean room. Bed was comfy. Could not hear outside noise. A lot of breakfast options. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. No complaints with my stay.

Lighting in the bathroom mirror was very bad for a short person, lower light around mirror went right in my eyes and made it hard to see.
Breakfast had good variety. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room lived up to photos on site. Great parking and location for getting around.

They charge $150 security deposit on top of your room fee...wasn't indicated when researching rooms.

Breakfast, not enough choices. Small selection, only spicy sausages no bacon. Female kept yelling out orders. Fan in bathroom was very noisy

The receptionist was not personable - couldn't check us in fast enough. No elevator at the hotel - had to carry luggage upstairs. Small beds. Small room. Breakfast area to small - tables are literally crammed into dining room. Not enough room to pull out chairs. Booked room for 4 people, but only 3 towels were stocked in the room. Overpriced for what you get.
The room was very clean. Continental breakfast was good. Pillows were soft. The breakfast staff was friendly. Good parking. Good, quiet location.
