The bathrooms need to be a little more cleaner and it said free breakfast but it was the same food sitting for 2 days my keys wouldn’t work had to get them replaced a couple times

I didn’t like they were doing construction so there was barely somewhere to park, also didn’t like that it was a no smoke hotel but people were smoking and they were very loud and playing music loudly amongst other things

Finding sunflower seeds in plain sight next to the bed when we first walked into the room. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Would have complained but it was late Thanksgiving evening & it was the last King Room with ROLL-IN SHOWER which my husband needed. It shouldn't have been dirty before we even got in there.

The bed was wonderful. The firmness was just to our liking.

The room was advertised by Booking.com as King bed and sofa bed. The photo on your site showed both. When we arrived to check in, we were told no such room with a sofa bed existed. The hostess stated that they had tried to get Booking.com to change the photo and room description without success. We called Booking.com and the comment was "There's nothing we can do." I slept on two chairs we pushed together.

Hotel smelled like Marijuana outside and smoke in the room. 2nd time staying here, it's not a one time event - smelled like this last time. Short staffed

Location decent, although difficult to get to and off the beaten path this serves my location need once construction is done it will be easier to get to.

Breakfast did not last until ten like we were told… let me be clear the food was still sitting out at ten but no new items were stocked after 9:30 like milk, waffle batter ( things that did NOT have to be prepared) even though there was a crowd. The heat didn’t work that well we had the heat on 79 but woke up sniffing and freezing.

The hotel is on the back road which is not well lit at night the company was putting up another hotel right on the side of it so when I pulled up to the hotel I was like ooooo hell no..... until I got inside of the hotel.... the carpet could have been cleaned more it did have a few stains and that's it

Neighbors seemed to be smoking pot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thankfully our room was smoke free, only smelled the other rooms when passing in the hall. Breakfast was typical, no frills, my waffle was good. Had to drive through short road of construction that led all the to the hotel. Was a little confusing, thought we made a wrong turn at first.

Room wasnt really cleaned before checking in. Bed sheets had stains on them, toilet paper roll was switched out with a complete new one, bathroom mirror also had stains on it (couldve been wiped away with glass cleaner ) bed wasnt 100% made.

Location was pretty decent, room was a decent size (even a little bigger than what was expected) overall it was comfortable

I was supposed to have been in a king room. The mattress was so old that you could feel the springs in it. I asked for another room. He was nice to give me a double bed. They really need upgrade on the televisions, mattresses and shower curtains.

I like the location and staff. The breakfast was good on Saturday morning.

staff was terribly rude and inconsiderate to not just me but other guests as well. everyone seemed unhappy to be staying there. I requested an early check in because I was traveling from 2 hours away and I had worked all night. when I arrived the front desk man was very rude and told me I would have to wait until 2 pm which was 4 hours away at that time so I had nowhere to sleep. I eventually called the facility and he arranged a different room for me. the facility does not allow doordash to go past the lobby due to “Covid”.

The facility was very clean. The room was immaculate. It was cold outside, so I appreciated that the heat was on in the room. My stay was quiet. Breakfast service was great. The staff was really polite and helpful.

It seemed to be under construction. There were piles of boxes and furniture everywhere. The room we stayed in had stains all Over the ceiling and our curtains were shredded. Other then that our room seemed cleaned.

The location was perfect for the event we attended. It was right down the street maybe a 5 mins drive.
