You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaFiirst couple of days, housekeeping staff did an excellent job of turning the room. Replacing towels, emptying trash receptacles, setting up the beds… i always left tip on the pillow for the housekeeper. I really appreciated them.. Unfortunately one day after returning from a business meeting, i entered my room to find it wasn’t serviced, went to another meeting returned and it still wasnt serviced. For two days i had to go to the front desk to ask for towels so i could shower.. I did speak to the front desk about this. He was very pleasant, professional and apologized on behalf of Best Western.. I calmly spoke about my experince, so I truly appreciated his reply and professionalism..
It met my needs for food..

United States of AmericaThe breakfast, I went down at 8:30 and not much left to eat. No meat, not even a small spoon of potatoes, and maybe a spoon full of eggs. Young lady told a guest that only half hour left till breakfast was over and wasn't putting any more out. I believe their was an hour left, and she should of put more out to eat. When you have a lot of guest in hotel, you should make sure there is enough food for guest. I worked at an hotel for years and we always made sure that our guests had food to eat.
Everyone at hotel was very nice. And room was clean.

Love how clean this hotel is! Super friendly staff and great housekeeping. Truly this is a first, not one thing wrong here. They need to do training videos or something for other hotels like Hilton because this hotel is spot on perfection.

United States of AmericaParking was limited when we arrived but we arrived ver early in the morning, close to 2am. I think there were many travelers who were at the Ohio State/Notre Dame game like us that night.
It was very convenient. We were traveling from South Bend to Cincinnati. It was about an hour or so out if South Bend and right off 31. Perfect place to stop since we left South Bend so late.
