Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe room smelled stale. But it didn't smell like mildew. Maybe that room just hadn't been used in a while. Also, found a dead roach in the bathroom.
Super helpful staff.

United States of AmericaI think the heater in the room 203 needs to be checked for carbon monoxide. I could hardly wake up and was extremely dizzy and confused.

United States of AmericaThere wasn’t anything about our stay that really bothered me.
This Best Weatern hotel’s location right off of I-40 is ideal for travelers like us who were just passing through. Our king bed room overall was clean and comfortable; the finishes in the room weren’t the most modern and updated, but everything was in good repair/condition. Because the hotel was so close to the highway, there was some road noise, but not so much that it was a bother; overall the room was quiet once inside. Unlike some other reviews here, the access to the rooms from the outside didn’t bother me, as it was convenient to be able to park so close to our room for easy access. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I can’t speak for the free breakfast, as we left too early to partake of it, but the coffee was good. This hotel was perfect for a one-night stay as we felt welcomed and comfortable during our time there. I would stay at this Best Western again if we ever found ourselves passing through Conway, AR.

United States of AmericaAn elevator would have made my stay in the second floor room easier.
The room was super clean and comfortable! Ivan, the front desk staff, was amazing. He was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me get my belongings up to my room. I was really hoping for a first floor room as I have trouble physically navigating stairs — but Ivan carried everything up from my car to the room. And back down again on my check out day. The motel in general was pretty much as expected, and gave good value for the price.

United States of AmericaThe location was easy off and on to I-40. I thought that the room might be noisy with traffic noise, but it was quiet and comfortable. If you're uncomfortable with doors opening to the parking lot, this would not be a place to stay.

United States of AmericaCan use some updating and a smoking area for those who smoke. Had butts tossed under vehicle and the smell , well... Breakfast was fair , saùsage and egg discs . Eggs stuck to the pan, but there were other options like cereal and yogurt. Next to a golden corral, i would not recommend it.
Room was comfortable and clean. It was good for the price.

United States of AmericaSome of the guests were obviously residents and lived there. They were a bit noisy one evening. Otherwise, have no complaints except pool hours should extend to 10 pm. Missed 9 pm twice and was disappointed.
Pool, free breakfast & beverages, cleaned room daily and gave us fresh towels.

United States of AmericaSince it is conveniently located near the highway, there is some traffic noise to consider. With the AC running and masking the sounds, it wasn't much of an issue.

United States of AmericaRoom carpet was very dirty; bed uncomfortable; shower difficult to figure out; no elevator--physically we are capable to climb stairs, but we had a lot to bring in.
Breakfast was fine--very much appreciated the fruit, yogurt; glad that it wasn't only carbs (though they are delicious!). Since there is no elevator, the young man who registered us stepped right up and took our heavy things upstairs for us.

United States of AmericaLight switches didn't work, ice machine not functioning and TV audio was poor. The ceiling in the room was cracked with water stains. Combine this with an older motel style and I began to worry. But, the pluses started to inch ahead of the negatives and my final evaluation was "a good, not special place to stay."
This is a remodeled old motel with direct outside access to the rooms. Though not fancy, the room ended up being very clean with a good bed and adequate amenities. The air conditioner was quiet and functioned perfectly. Checking in was uneventful and parking was easy. Breakfast was your standard southern motel fare, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal and flavored yogurt.

United States of AmericaI don’t prefer outside entries into hotels and it’s sandwiched between the Golden Corral and Waffle House. My room smelled ok when I entered, but soon after reeked of smoke. It just didn’t seem clean. I removed bedspread, etc. Maybe because I travel with my dog. Seems “pet” rooms are the worst even with $30 per night fees.
The amazing staff at the Best Western Conway make this property better than it actually is! Bravo to eve front desk especially!

United States of AmericaOur bed was a little harder than I prefer and our air conditioner didn't blow very hard and definitely not as cold as we wanted it. But it was very hot outside when we stayed. The second night we had to use our fan to stay cool enough.
Our room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Very good choices. The sausage and eggs were good. Just one suggestion, add salsa packets to condiments please.

United States of AmericaI didn't look at the property very closely to see that the entrance was to the parking lot. I wish that was listed instead of us trying to figure it out. I like to stay where you go inside to get to your room, not park in front of your room. That is not the property's fault, but maybe list it? I remember the bed being very uncomfortable.
The desk clerk was very nice. The hotel was easy to get to. I think I chose it for the price and was expecting Best Western to have inside entrances to the room, but that is my fault for not looking more closely. It turned out fine, although the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
