Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaBroken chain on security lock inside allowed toddler son to open locked door. I had my own clasp to secure it so we stayed in the room. Found a few roaches in the bathroom during the night, hair in bathtub.
Clean pool/hot tub, breakfast included, comfortable beds, bathtub in room, room close to pool, quiet. Staff willing to move us to another room due to broken lock but not worth the trouble after unpacking.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioner was a little loud and should probably be updated in the near future.
The receptionist/manager was fantastic! She was kind, helpful, patient, and supportive with requests. The room was surprisingly comfortable, clean, and quiet overall. The Arizona flavor or theme illustrated through photographs and decor was perfect.

United States of Americasits off a main road and can get a little noisy during the day/evening. saw a bug/cockaroach running across a pillow.
The bed was very comfortable and the there were plenty of pillows to pick from. I liked the jacuzzi in the bathroom it made my stay even more comfortable. I also liked the breakfast offered, it was filling and at a restaurant right next to property.

United States of AmericaOne level, so we could park in front of our room. Bed was comfortable, nice pillows. Location was close to "Old Town." It's a vintage hotel, with character. Yet provides all you could want - like microwave & fridge, plus an included sit-down breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. Coffee or tea, waitress service, about 5 breakfast choices. We liked it enough that on our way back home we stayed there again.

CanadaThe place was clean, the fridge was in a separate room (so I didn't have to listen to it all night!) with good kitchen facilities, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast at the restaurant connected to the Coronado was very good. We walked to old section of town. Some odd characters wandering on the main road but never any danger.

CanadaNoisy road and inadequate insulation to buffer road noises and voices of other guests. We also could hear our neighbours tv all night long. Smokers lingering outside made sitting outside our room a no-go. Several buildings on both sides of the street, so your room could be by one of the two pools or a half block away from the restaurant or small fitness room (not well-appointed). Room was a little tired - could use painting and some new doors to start with (none of them would close especially well and the room entrance door wouldn’t close without a very firm pull or push which rattled the glass in the exterior light.
Easy to find, close to exit 172. Room had everything we needed including 2 luggage racks, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, adequate lighting, extra pillows, closet with sufficient number of hangers, chair & ottoman. Fabulous sit-down breakfast with 3 options: eggs, pancakes or cereal/oatmeal.

United States of AmericaWe like old-fashioned places. No complaints.
Excellent choice for our one night stay in Yuma. Near freeway but in town. Historic hotel which has been expanded to adjoining properties plus across the street. Our room was small and not updated but we liked it! Very clean. We ate dinner at the restaurant across the street plus breakfast there which was paid by the hotel. Excellent and large servings.

CanadaTo be very honest the only drawback of my time here was the fact that in our room had adequate space in the washroom but the room was a touch restricted due to the oversized dressers, and king size bed. The desk was a little deep on the top but could work if the dresser space was reduced. As this location is in the process of change and upgrading it was not really that bad. The total experience here was extremely impressive due to the rich history. The property is very well cared for and maintained.
The unique design, the history in and around the motel. The stay here was very interesting and the staff was more than accommodating.

United States of AmericaThe water in the shower was a bit forceful. The shower curtain, although inside the tub, didn't keep water off the floor, so care needed to be taken to avoid slipping. Nothing major.
It was New Year's Eve, and the staff person checking us in gave us the option of a larger room (closer to the office) or a smaller room closer to the restaurant. She added that the larger room might be more noisy with New Year's Eve celebrations. We appreciated that additional information and gratefully opted for the smaller room. The breakfast that was included was excellent and was served to us (not just a serve-yourself breakfast); that was wonderful!
