The hotel needs a lot of updating. There are no clocks in the rooms. My room carried an odor, but I knocked that out upon arrival. The couches were not alike. There were stains all over the furniture and floor. The breakfast that was served was hot but limited. Only one type of muffin, after the 10 biscuits were made that was all they had. The apple juice was watered down, and it tasted awful. The sausage was very light in color as if it were not cooked all the way. The light in the sitting area has a motion sensor. Every time you went to use the bathroom, that light came on. Which would be a big inconvenience if someone was in the room with us sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Overall just ok for the one night stay needed.

Location, location, location. This hotel is snuggled tightly against an area that seemed to have some challenges with safety and development. I felt uncomfortable about leaving my car overnight in the parking lot.

The air in the room did not work and housekeeping does not come and clean the room until your stay is over. They don’t bring more towels unless you ask.

Pillows were thin and lumpy. Would benefit from some soundproofing. I was on the first floor and every time my upstairs neighbors rain the water, it sounded like it was coming through the walls. Upon arrival, I could hear my next door neighbors' conversation. Fortunately, they quieted down. There was also a dog that barked, but settled down and never heard again.

I just needed a basic room to sleep for the night. I ended up with a suite with a refrigerator and microwave, which was a pleasant surprise. They appeared to be doing a furniture refresh, as old furniture was in and around the dumpster. More furniture was out front. The included breakfast was decent. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, and toast. Checks all of the boxes for a budget stay.

Room was not very clean. Breakfast was very weak. Needed some fresh fruit or some high protein options beside eggs. Price was very high when I booked and think if I had waited would have saved over $100 which made me very upset.

It was quiet in a good location. Liked having coffee available.
