1. Room had pet smell, not good for our allergies. 2.Sink in bathroom didn't drain well. I ask for a repair, didn't happen. 3. Pool was not in service. Our note stated it would be done by March 31st. We booked for April 16th.

No booking warning that pool was closed and facility was under construction. Construction noise at 10 pm was unacceptable. Tub and shower enclosure were damaged with multiple dime-sized (or larger!) dings.

Breakfast was buttoned up at 9. Too early for us by 3 minutes. OK for working or traveling customers, too early for vacationing visitors.

Communication between front desk and housekeeping as I had a late check out but housekeeping still knocked on my door around 11:45 am stating I was suppose to be out 11am but I had a 12:30 scheduled check out and stated they didn’t know

Upgrade the WIFI, provide some amenities in the lobby. Tell housekeeping to replace towels if they removed them.

The location was good, easy access to shopping and dining. The staff at check-in seemed a bit irritated as there were 3 parties in line waiting to check in and she was having issues with one of the customers because according to her they had already checked in and checked out. Needless to say they were quite upset to find this out. The wifi was a big disappointment, difficult to get on, returning error messages and once connected the speed was not adequate to watch videos. In addition, the lobby has no amenities like gifts, postcards or souvenirs. No room service! The housekeeping staff did not clean the room, but removed the wet towels and did not replace them. They left us with one bath towel for 2 people.

Breakfast did not have the scrambled eggs listed on the menu. Motel had lots of business travel--noisy late at night/early in the am despite a room far away from the elevator.

The hotel either looked like it was under renovation or desperately needed to be. We initially missed the hotel driving by on Route 6 because of the storage containers that were stacked outside blocking the view of the hotel. Broken floor tiles behind the desk, large dark scuffmarks on the wall, uncovered and unfinished access holes around sprinkler heads in the ceiling, holes in the walls where pictures or lights were previously mounted, and frankly a strange smell through out the hotel which made us think the carpets needed to be changed. We were also placed in a handicap accessable room and while this wasn't a negative and we appreciated the extra space the door to the bathroom would stick and needed a considerable push and pull to open and close. As young able bodied adults this was okay but I couldn't help but think if we were in a wheel chair or had some other orthopedic limitation this could have presented more of a problem. The bathroom also had a regular tub surround and stagnant showerhead and no shower chair. So again perhapse another obstacle for the people the room was originally designed to cater too.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. Bedding was clean. Myself and 3 friends were really just there to sleep after a wedding and leave early the next morning. The room served it's purpose. However if we were staying longer I would have been disappointed.

When I first arrived I was placed in room #321. The door was cracked so I was placed in room 320. The rugs look like they could you a deep cleaning throughout the hall and the room. Hospitality starts when you walk through the door. It is what you see/hear/feel. So from the hall to the door it all matters.

I am not a breakfast person but my daughter enjoyed it. She enjoyed the waffles.

I had to switch rooms with no problem. The first room was still in progress of being cleaned. The front desk manager helped several times with keys that didn’t work.
