We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. I GOT VERY FRUSTRATED 😣 TRYING TO JUST TELL THE REGISTRATION CLERK ABOUT THINGS THAT WERE WRONG IN OUR ROOM. THE MAINTENANCE MAN CAME TO FIX OR THERMOSTAT AND HE DIDNT SPEAK A SINGLE WORD OF ENGLISH.

United KingdomPrior to arrival I was told that the airport shuttle bus wasn't available until 4am and we arrived at 1.30 am - this is incorrect. A member of staff yesterday informed us that their was a complimentary bus into the mall at Sterling - this too was incorrect. Being misinformed in this manner is VERY impactive!! The staff were ok - but didn't come close to being cheerful And when we were picked up from the airport, the shuttle bus driver told us, that we had too many case...WHAT a stupid thing to say and at 3am after a long international flight you do not want to be spoken to in such a manner!! The driver who took us back today, was VERY rude to us when he came into the hotel and then was rude about us in Spanish - thinking we didn't understand as we are British but I did understand. I was shocked that there appeared to be no re-cycling on the premises. Also, the amount of plastic etc used at breakfast was incredible
LOVELY hot water, no matter what the time. GOOD facilities eg micro, fridge, coffee machine, drinks available from reception BUT....I drink tea and there was no milk available, I had to wait until breakfast to then take some milk back to the room - a small thing but frustrating as it's obvious the kitchen has milk. Breakfast was GREAT ie choice and quality Bed was really comfy. When I asked for a blanket it was delivered to the room very quickly. TV great too & available channels

United KingdomI can only speak for myself. The hotel met all my needs and wishes for this trip. I have no complaints of any kind.
The breakfast was excellent. The two days I was there, they had scrambled eggs and sausages one day and scambled eggs and bacon another. They also provided slices of French toast, with all three items in one of those covered warming containers they put on buffet lines. They also had fruit, cereal, yogurt, bread (with a toaster) and an easy to use waffle maker that produced delicious waffles, with stewed apples, blueberries and strawberries, along with maple syrup, for toppings for the French toast and waffles. Everything was very enjoyable to eat. They also provided brewed coffee, tea bags and hot water and fruit juices to drink. My room was comfortable, well and attractively furnished, clean and pleasant. One of the main reasons I chose them is because every Best Western I've ever stayed in America and Europe offered comfortable, attractive accommodation, near where I wanted to be, with pleasant staff, at a reasonable price. This one was no exception. And on this occasion, I particularly valued the shuttle bus because I needed to go between the hotel and a couple of places near the airport on this trip, so that was a big plus. I also really liked having the PC in the lobby, for checking in to my flight and for several other things I needed to go online for.

United States of AmericaThe fridge and microwave were under the sink. That was just weird and seemed unsanitary. Maid services were every other day. We had to go ask for fresh towels and all of our garbage cans in the room were full.
Beds were very comfortable. Clean rooms. Clean lobby and kitchen area. Staff was super friendly.
