Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had requested a handicap accessible room with a king bed. We were given a double with a tub. Not handicap accessible at all. The tub had a crack about 7 inches long.
We did not partake in the breakfast

As soon as we walked in the room we could tell the mattress had a large dip in the middle. It was sleepable but could tell it had seen better days.
The staff was friendly, they came in every day and put clean towels and removed the trash from our room. They had a good breakfast selection.

The walkways had garbage, ice maker was dripping water, carowt was dirty, bathroom was so small that you had to stand against the tub to shut the door to use the toilet.
Bedding was good, staff was friendly

Check-in was very slow. Desk clerk was very nice and tried hard. Not sure if it was computer or training issue. If you are going to keep plexiglass up, PLEASE cut hole in it, so communication back and forth can be heard!
Breakfast was the standard fare. Room spacious & clean. Towels could use refreshing, but were clean. Overall, great night's sleep after driving 700 miles. FYI, Booking.com rate was less than just showing up with AAA rate. Surprising that in person would have cost more.

I arrived about an hour and a half early. I didn't expect to be able to check in. But, I thought I'd ask anyway. The answer was an "early check in fee". Really? Room was ready to go. Charge a fee for an extra hour? However, did NOT detract from my overall experience. I was given 2 keys which, first night, I locked in my room. Told staff, and they immediately replaced those with 2 more. 2nd night, replacements did not work. Staff immediately fixed that. Outstanding!

Breakfast could have been better. It sounds so petty, but you asked. :)
We were involved in an accident on the interstate just outside of town on Memorial Day weekend and needed a place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

parking lot seemed a little sketchy at night and the breakfast wasn’t very good.

The mattress seemed older, somewhat sunken in. The comforter had makeup stains on it which grossed me out. I prefer no carpeting in hotel rooms, but this seemed to be pretty clean. I wake up easily to noise and wish there had been a control setting on the heater for a constant fan instead of it shutting on and off kinda loudly throughout the night. But that was not a big deal.
I stayed one night in room 101. There were no hairs in the bedding or on the towels (after having multiple hotels with this). Parked right outside of the room which made it easy to carry things in and out. Liked the big mirror and countertop outside of the bathroom. Good size fridge (traveling with food on a longer road trip). Overall, it was decent and I would stay again if in the area.
