We requested a room on the first floor due to our age. The issue we found was that many of the people who arrived were outside when we were trying to sleep that night and it was difficult to sleep. Many slammed car and truck doors and interstate traffic created a lot of noise. We have stayed here at least once before, but it was not this "active" at night previously. There seem to be many people staying there who were truck drivers and those workers who slept during the day and were going and coming at night.

Breakfast a bit disappointing; eggs probably instant from a box. Swimming pool closed. The place just has the appearance of being a little run down.

The bathroom did not have an outlet for our traveling night light we use to go at night. It was a little small but acceptable.

This was our first time here and unfortunately will probably be our last, as our daughter has bought a home and we will be staying there in the future. The location was excellent, in a pocket of restaurants and gas stations, not too far from the downtown area of Dickson. The room was decent sized and updated with multiple USB outlets. The breakfast was excellent, being hot and filling. The HVAC was perfect, having a choice of heat or A/C OR the perfect for those in-between seasons with an Automatic setting for cool mornings and warm afternoons.

Needs better pest control. Found fleas in our room. Needs better maintenance. Our shower drain was broken and the drain was slow.

Smell of dampness, grubby stained carpet, TP holder falling off wall and poorly repaired. Stained vanity countertop, cracked basin and plug missing. Soiled sheets that staff replaced immediately upon my request.

This is an old motel that was terribly overpriced. Two adults and a child for $179.00! The next night I stayed in a large chain hotel that had a real breakfast, was modern, clean and cost $60 less!

We would have liked to have sat down to a full, hot breakfast. We didn't try bc I read breakfast were grab and go bags but completely understand why that was.

The lack of a hot breakfast, due to covid, was not noted before I booked or I would have chosen a different place to stay. We've been traveling for weeks and other hotels have moved on from these measures to provide services...so this was disappointing.

The room was large and the pull out desk/table was great for eating dinner. It was close to the highway and affordable.
