Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff nice enough although very limited English which was fine but had difficulty trying to get towels. Some words should be mandatory. Pool was not open although when there it was high 80’s. Mattress in our room was way past it’s prime and needs replacement

The room we had has a sink with the faucet annoyingly close to the corner. Just washing your hands alone will pour water all over the counter. The bath tub drain was not draining fast enough, causing a huge pool of water to slowly rise up. Hotel staff couldn't get control of teenagers running around and laying horizontal to the hallways. We had to step over one of them to get to the elevator, and by the time we came back after more than an hour, they were still getting herded by staff.
The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was also good.

Breakfast was bad,bad,bad. The sausage I had to spit out right away and days old. Rubbery and hard. Eggs are powered and very loose. Spend the extra and go out for breakfast

The original room booked did not match the description on this app. The beds were not queen beds and there was not a private entrance as described. Staff were able to switch us to a larger room but we're not able to accommodate a private entrance as none exist at this location.

The air conditioner was very loud when it kicked on.
There were little touches that made it nice. The soap in the shower smelled heavenly and the selections of tea and coffee in the room were great. I liked the artwork in the halls and everyone who worked there said hello. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was really good compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at and it was a squeaky clean room maintained by the host.

Some "built-in" stains on bedding but nothing too concerning.
Nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable and breakfast was decent as well. Didn't need much else than that.

It's quite tired. Chipped and peeling bits of many things including the bath in particular. Our room was a joining room. It was locked and secure but that obviously means noise travels. I'm not sure what BW are going for with the 'Executive' branding but I don't think many execs would stay here.
A comfortable night's sleep. Warm and bedding all clean etc. Very pleasant staff. Decent food options close by. Breakfast was hot, filling and fresh if quite no-frills.

The bathroom was very small and the “desk” in the room was out of place and in the way. The room would have been better without.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was not good at all. The juice was disgusting, the sauce and eggs not favor. You can tell they have a low budget in the ingredients. The first day I have breakfasts there but the next days just a coffee and fruit. I wish they would have the option to add a fee for breakfast or reduce the price if you choose not to have that breakfast. The only windo in the room had one panel cortinas. If you are on the first floor, you can really open the wind and have the day light.
I like that their stuff came and fixed the beds but didn't change the sheets, clean the bathroom, and put new towels. The coffee was the only thing good from their breakfast

The TV was mounted to the wall and didn't come out. Due to the placement of the wardrobe you couldn't see all of the frame from the second bed. My fridge didn't work and the room wasn't properly cleaned. The floor was dirty, I could see streaks and wiped smudge with a towel when I cleaned up some water. I felt like for the price the room should be better kept.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The scenic locations and amenities around the hotel are exceptional. The lighting was very nice as well.

The windowsill was filthy. I had to keep the shade down just to keep it covered. There was no fan in the bathroom to circulate the air. The vending machine was empty, had to go to the lobby and when choosing a soda, a different one came out.
