Location was easy to get to, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms decently up to date. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Huge indoor pool for this type of property.

Was next to the pool, and I like to go to bed early Also, on the west side so I was facing the highway and it was a little noisy.

No elevator to climb to the 2nd floor. Also breakfast wasn't as good this time as normal. When we went to eat about 730 there were several things that were empty. I didn't see a worker to ask about it. Also hot water wasn't very hot. I had it all the way on in the shower and it never reached a hot temp. Same with the bathroom sink

I do love this motel I tend to stay here every time I come to Fayetteville for my oncology appointments.

There's no hot water, it's luke warm and never got hot. Cold showers. Staff could be more pleasant when i checked in but wasn't. The day of check out different staff member was more helpful and nice.

Lots of freeway noise, curtains did not block out the outside light, Controls for heater/AC unit had no cover to block bright blue lights from shining on the ceiling. Slow sink drain.

Room was clean and well stocked with necessities. Lots of hot water with great shower head pressure. Nice King size bed. Fluffy pillows, and towels.

It's an old motel that has had some updates. However, the rooms show their age, and things like the phone need to be cleaned a little better.

Breakfast was better than many local hotels. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The shower was better than most local hotels. The HVAC worked well.

I didn't realize when booking it that the rooms were exterior entry and that it faced the busy interstate so that was all you heard all night. I also didnt look to see if the rooms were pet friendly, but picked up what looked like dog hair on my socks when we first arrived. Also the jetted bath left a lot to be desired.

The bed was pretty comfortable, the room was pretty nice and spacious. The staff was friendly, and my booking was completed in short notice and fulfilled quickly. Also the breakfast was good and the gentleman cooking was super attentive about welcoming everyone that came in and keeping food full.

I don’t know how safe the location was.

The location is superb, right off the interstate. The indoor pool was nice but had to walk outside to get into it. I like that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. The breakfast had lots of options.

I didn't like the attitude of the front desk associate as I was signing in. I had already paid with a card, months earlier. He said that the card was on file, and he wanted another card as well. I asked him why a second card? Then he told me that "I didn't need to speak"! I've never been treated like that from just asking a simple question. He was very unprofessional and obviously not concerned about losing his job. Unless that's how management allows staff to talk to the guests. I mean this guy told me not to talk. Then proceeded to ask for my vehicle info, and I asked if I was allowed to speak now? He told me to just write it down. Anyway I felt bullied by this young man. I always stay at Best Westerns. But I suppose when we come back to Fayetteville to visit our Daughter, we will stay somewhere else from now on. We don't want to give money to an establishment that allows this type of behavior from their employees.

We liked the location. We liked the room. We liked the beds, TV, and living room.

I think the beds could of been more comfortable and we didn’t have any towels except for wash rags and hand towels.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The facilities were clean. Also a good breakfast was served.

The bathroom could have been updated and cleaner. I used the iron in the room and when I took it off it’s handle, there was chewed gum on it.

Breakfast food was a little cold but I was in there pretty early. Other choices of breakfast were excellent.

Location was great. Right off the highway and didn't have to search for it. Good restaurants near it and Walmart.

LOW WATER PRESSURE and the motel was almost empty. I can only imagine how someone can take a shower when it's full!
