Rooms are a little bit on the small side, cleanliness could be better (but accaptable). In our room it was impossible to open the window and vent the room properly (all rooms open to outside, so you could open the door and vent that way). Breakfast is avaliable but nothing you will remember it by (except possibly for fresh waffle maker). There was a fairly good selection of precut fruit mix, yoghurt and a few different blends of coffee (there were other choices avaliable including eggs and meat products).

Hotel is conveniently located on a easily accessible street on the edge of French quarter, you literally have couple of minutes of walking to reach very centre of the quarter (Bourbon or Royal streeet). Hotel itself looks nice, it has a good price point and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Wifi worked flawlesly. Would come again if/when opportunity arises.

*Walls are thin and had a group of friends close to us and felt like they were on our room. *We had to move our beds and underneath was really dirty, with lot of dust and things from other guests.

Bathroom in middle of room.

Great location with parking quite expensive but easy to get in and out of the city. Close enough to Bourbon St and French market but quiet. Breakfast good variety and plentiful. Bar not manned but reception staff happily oblige. Pool and courtyard great to relax in. Room adequate . Bathroom in middle with no window like a closet took some getting used to but was actually fine. Reception staff brilliant.

At the second i checked in i asked if body lotion was provided in the room, they said yes. When i got into the room there was no body lotion and i noticed it when i was just out of the shower. I called the reception and asked to please have one in my room. The lady said i had to go down and get it myself,even if i was still wet and naked,because she was alone at the desk and no one else was there. So i got dressed and i got down to get the lotion and i saw she was not alone but there were 2 people at the desk so she just didn't want to go up 2 floors. Not too nice....

The hotel is very clean and cozy and in a perfect position if you want to stay close to the French quarter.

Hotel needs more maintenance, some things were a little old - the chain from the door was broken, the bathroom needs also a little bit of refreshment. Breakfast is quite plain and with limited options. We had water entering the room when it was a heavy rain.

The location is excellent and the beds comfortable, silent area, especially if you have your room on the back side. The motel look is nice, and is perfectly located near the main attractions. Staff is nice.
