You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is in need of updates, the bedsheets were rough and so were the facial tissues, just minor things like that.
The Value, good price for the location just across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and have hard floors not carpet, breakfast is included and adequate, there’s plenty of parking including some covered, bed and pillows were comfortable and a had a nice partial view to the ocean from my room.

United States of AmericaNon-guests were allowed to use the pool. The key-card entry to the elevator in the parking garage didn't work. Anyone could walk in off the street and enter the building without a key-card. This is a safety issue. The powdered eggs at breakfast were nasty. I'm glad the waffles were good.
