The indoor pool was NOT up and running and their was no breakfast of any kind offered like stated

Location was ok but not exactly ocean front depends on which building you were in the other building was across the street not ocean front!!!

We arrived early and checked to see if, by any chance, our room was ready. This was at 1pm. We were told it was, but if we wanted to check in early, it would be $60. This is absurd. I can understand charging for a later check out, but to check in a couple of hours early... Really? I think that's just ridiculous. The bathroom is small, and the tub/shower is tiny.

Found a wrapper of a condom under one bed. And there is an area of grass between the hotel and the store Manta Ray that YOU MUST NEVER WALK YOUR DOG! It is loaded with these little spurs that cause my dog Immediate pain. And they "Gym" is just a small room with a cable machine and cardio machines.

The beds and pillows were super comfy and the staff very pleasant.

No clean towels They said on beach but our part was across the street from the beach We left earbuds behind and sent a prepaid box to have them sent back. They never returned them to us. They said they would but never did. They have even hung up on us for calling and asking about them.

I was not happy with the floors, they made my feet black and were nasty. I am not sure they have been mopped. Also the door to our bathroom would not lock

Breakfast was decent. Only major issue was the the floors were really dirty and full of sand.Would recommend a broom and dust pan. Also a mop and bucket could be a good I vestment.

The room was a little dirty/ Sandy. Stains on the ceiling and one of the beds was lopsided.

Breakfast needed more options. Maybe a little protein like eggs and sausage.

We are return customers, we really enjoy the cottage but this time around we didn't have any cookware, the shower drain in the main bedroom was always backed up, that bed is also broken, and the toilet flushes slow in the same bathroom, and we had trouble getting towels.

We enjoy the pool and lazy river. We also like the three bedroom cottage. Any concerns we had were taken addressed in proper time- minus our towels request.

No floats provided for lazy river had to buy my own and hard to store in my room. Water was hot in the lazy river. Ran out of milk for cereal very early at the breakfast. Parking was very limited. Bathroom was a little small.

Liked the lazy river. Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice. Nice kitchen set up.

I didn't know that they had two locations. To get ocean view you have to make sure that you select that. We stayed at the main location which had limited ocean view and you had to cross the street to get to the beach.

I really enjoy that they had a larger fridge then most hotel room. They are pet friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. It's a good hotel for the price/value.

There were pans and dishes and utensils in the room, but no way to wash them. There was no tea offered in the room. The breakfast was minimal. The orange juice was good.

This was perfect for us, access to the sparsely used beach was great with a year-old puppy who’d been in the car all day. It was close to everything we needed for a one night stay, nearby food and good beds with the sound of the ocean to lull us to sleep. The full-sized refrigerator/freezer was much appreciated. In fact there was a full sized stove as well. The coffee service was very good with a kitchen sink right there.

My daughters were in the pool and a couple were having intercourse in the 3ft section of the pool. I was super pissed off. The office staff pulled the cameras and finally saw it and did something but they didn't believe us when we told them to begin with.

I loved the location. It was very convenient to walk to the ocean, Walmart for groceries, and store for small nic nacs.
