Bed was excellent. Clean, smelled good, and good cushion and pillows.

Breakfast did not look good. I did not even try. I would never book with breakfast included again. Staff are oblivious of guests.

Maid service is every other day which is not ideal. Not near any CTA train stops but buses are plentiful.

Breakfast was very good and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent shower and bathroom. Great location in Gold Coast/Boystown neighborhood.

We were at the end of the hall which is fine, but I do think there was some water damage to the floor. The entire room felt crooked or like we were walking sideways.

We loved the location, it was close to our friend who lives there. I liked there was a parking lot available to park in and it was close to the hotel.

The shutter "blinds" were totally ineffective at keeping out sunlight. I recommend getting better blackout blinds. The value wasnt great. Prices for rooms are consistently quite above average every time I come to visit througout the year. I'd stay here more often if it was better priced.

The hotel was a bit expensive and far from the city center. It required a walk, bus, and train ride to reach most destinations.

It appears these are reclaimed buildings. The room had wood floors which made for a cleaner environment. I stayed in a king suite which was set up like a studio apartment with a great kitchenette, couch, wardrobe, television, and double vanity. It was a cozy stay. The hotel is also located in an active neighborhood about a 15 minute walk to the lake!

Staff working the desk during our check-in was quite rude.

Convenient location to easily uber to Giordano’s and to Riviera Theater (our entire reason for the trip). Also walkable to Starbucks for morning coffee. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was really good.

Our window didn't have any blinds. That would probably be the only issue we had with privacy. The bed seemed to sink a bit, which caused us some back issues, but we both felt it was comfortable otherwise. The temp in the room was quite warm, but we were able to figure out how to make the heat/ac work.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, particularly since it was Christmas weekend. We very much appreciated how clean it was. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect.

Quietness of room. Air conditioner made strange noises and was loud. One night there was a lot of movement in the hallway and made it even more difficult to sleep.

Easy walking to my family. Parking helped tremendously.
