Waterheater went out and wasn't going to be fix until we checked out so we had to leave early and get another hotel so we could shower and stay clean

There were a few "sketchy" people hanging around the parking lot. Thought one was thinking of stealing our car while we were checking in. I came out and ran him off. He had a partner/watchout sitting on top of stairs across from office.

Location very convenient for shopping. Needs grocery store restaurants there’s a Walmart across the street location I give it to 10.

Old and outdated. Needs to be cleaned up and remodeled. Noisy next to freeway. Doors don’t shut all the way. Not great parking. Terrible stairs. Didn’t feel safe.

The room is very outdated! The door sticks! The tub is cracked and I had a mold issue that Deep had taken care of for me in a timely manner!

All of the staff was exceptionally nice. Took care of any problems in a quick manner.

Some of the finish items could have been better. For example, the caulking in the bathroom did not look professional. The trim on the entry door was held with a screw and the door did not close smoothly, but dragged. But I am picky since I worked in maintenance.

Staff were super nice. Breakfast was excellent - obviously freshly made. Bed was very comfy.

Little black ants showed up for my dog’s food. They’re harmless, but unpleasant to have any bug in abundance anywhere!

Small property, great location, great breakfast, allowed my 2 big dogs-staff was exceptional.

the bathroom fan didn’t work the paint was peeling off in the bathroom and the tub had a patch on the bottom of the tub so you could feel it bed very uncomfortable and very stuffy in the room

noisy vent in bathroom, one of the sinks did not drain. Noticed that one of the cleaning crew members was smoking as she was cleaning the rooms. She was outside but the door to the room was open

The ONE handicap spot was taken by a vehicle with no handicap plate of plaque and the space next to it for unloading a wheelchair had a truck full of stuff. They must have been above us in a room because there was at least one child running and bouncing loudly til at least midnight. I had to park outside a parking space to get a walker to my handicap sister because I couldn’t even open my car door enough for her to get out…too close. Not a good place for handicap people. I’ll look for better availability next time.

The people down stairs were complaining when we were up and packing at 9:30am and all we were doing was walking around quietly packing so we could leave.

Night staff early morning desk personnel was not as sincere about every guest every time. I was disappointed that my forgotten items were thrown out or taken home by staff. I called within hours of checking out and was told to come to hotel in morning. I’m the morning I was told it was not held for me. Not cool

The swing shift deal clerk and the housekeeper were great. Rollaway bed was a great surprise and especially the staff effort to get it done and delivered in a jiffy. Sadly 2 hours post c/o I realized I had left 2 large bottles of hair products in the shower. I called and was told to come back in the morning. When I went back, was told nothing is saved when left in room. Super bummed. Seems like one day hold was reasonable, but not possible. Loved the pool and access to room from my car
