The garden in the back of the property is gorgeous

The room was tight with a couch and king bed. The vanity was separate in the room which was very tight and uncomfortable. Also the remote TV guide didn’t work so you needed to punch in each station not really knowing what stations were available and what would be on those stations. And you had to pay to watch a movie from your phone. Also the morning receptionist desk clerk was very rude and inconsiderate.

The breakfast was ok. The space was clean. Needed to walk outside to the facility that was separate from the reception area. There was a good side fridge and microwave. The shower had great water pressure. The gardens were amazing that provided peace and quite with beautiful views. I highly recommend you venture out to the backyard grounds. You could easily hold a wedding and reception there.

Need speed bumps in the parking lot. Too many speeders. Someone left several strands of long human hair on the coffee maker in our room.

I didn't like the restaurant food and how little menu options they had, especially for the price, I basically threw money in the trash there. I didn't like that the room was outside access, instead of an "Inn". I think the hotel should specify what the rooms look like and their layout more.

I enjoyed the indoor pool and the variety of the breakfast, my favorite thing about the hotel though was the garden area in the back. Having that garden area kept my kids and I from feeling cooped up in the room on the days we were mostly there. That is what would keep me going back again.

The staff is amazing. They have a great dog area with a Koi pond. The breakfast was so good. Great place to stay.

It was perfect!

My sister had just died and we were making a two day trip to Montana. They were very kind and helpful with info on where to eat and suggested a quiet walk around the beautiful Koi pond after dinner. We were so pleased that we stayed there on the way back home.

I enjoyed my stay very much! Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was VERY good! I slept like a baby... first time I've had a great, undisturbed sleep in a hotel. Very good experience! 👍

We've stayed here multiple times. It's comfortable and clean; they take pets. The staff is friendly and the restaurant on the property has good food at a reasonable price.

The deadbolt in our room did not make contact with the door frame socket. Luckily the area this Best Western was in was not sketchy. We just put up the top door stopper for ease of mind. The towels were clean but had a funny smell to them, not sure if it's the type of cleaner used.

Friendly staff, good interior design, comfortable beds, full size shampoo/conditioner bottles. We didn't have any pets, but I liked that there was an enclosed pet area for furry friends.

The room we stayed in was enormous, with a gorgeous view of the Zen Garden in the back. Staff were courteous and accommodating. We would stay here again and refer it to others.

The bathroom itself was very small. Just needs to be bigger for sure, Also, trucks and cars should not be allowed to back into there parking spaces so there exhaust goes into people hotel room. This should be pull in parking only like other places.

I liked it was dog friendly and had a dog enclosed park area for dog. The check in staff also put us on the bottom floor near dog park Front desk staff of ladies were great and had great recommendations for where to go and eat! also our room was very clean. There is also a get place to eat right on property site and great food.

The room above us must have flooded their bathroom and we had an inch of water in the bathroom, dripping from the light fixture.

It's not "dog-friendly" if you cannot leave your dog in your room. I had to sign a document permitting the hotel to take our dogs to animal control it we went ANYWHERE without them. We had to eat breakfast separately and couldn't try facilities, like the pool. The rule probably comes from the terrible behavior of the very few, but it was extremely stressful, and we were only there for an overnight. Further, it's been a while since the room had been renovated. For the room rate, I expected a healthier breakfast (e.g., organic, yogurt, hard boiled egg etc.) They still have styrofoam cups. The restaurant had closed 30 minutes before their stated hours.

The outside dog park and garden walk areas were both very nice.
