BEDBUGS. Some family members opted to stay at a different hotel and cancelled rooms. But they did come and celebrate poolside. Next year we wb going to another location. Unless the Bedbug issue has been taken care of

I go every year for my BD because of the 24hour pool. This year I celebrated my 75th BD at this site. Food catered music and family fun poolside.

Too many things to mention

There were bugs in the room. My sheet had blood stains and had to be changed. I had to sanitize and spray the entire room Its sad, because my.family had been coming here over ten years ro celebrate my moms birthday. They were not accommodating at all. Under staffed and the on duty guy was the worst.

This place seemed more like a motel, it’s very run down and dirty. It should of been a lot less money. The bathtub didn’t drain and it smelled musty inside the room.

Not a biggie, but for a double room with 2 beds we felt it should have more than one tiny bottle of shampoo n conditioner . . My daughter was already in the shower when she realized there wasn't any for her ..i couldn't find the maids as it was mid day so had to go to lobby and wait in a line of people 😫 ..but i would still stay here again ..i loved it ! Thank u

The facility is in need of work, screen bent, windows chlorine scratch, door threshold, toilet seat falling off, handle to toilet two hands to flush, wall partition chips, desk chair peeling alot, trash and trash bags stacked outside window, bathroom shower needs caulk. Overpriced. The advertising didn't match the booking. False pictures of what room looked like, plain and cheap, and dinged up furniture. Not enough parking for disabled, our room was for disabled but no parking by room had to park in another parking area by pool. I do not recommend this stay, especially for the price and accommodations. Looked like an older apartment building and to get to our room the walkway outside between the rooms was flooded so our shoes got soaked. The deposit fee of $100 was ridiculous. Nothing in your room was worth $100. It's an inconvenience to the customer to be charged a deposit when booking through a third party and insulting. Will not stay there agian!

No luggage transport trolleys. Had to carry / schlep luggage to 2nd floor room with elevator usage. Really need trolleys for senior citizens & disabled.

Well maintained OLDER facility. Friendly and courteous housekeeping & desk staff Nice room, quiet & nice view of mountains Great breakfast poolside.

I was there about 4 years ago and the construction they were doing at that time had still not been completed. The office area was terrible inside and outside.

I stay at a Best Western frequently when I travel and this location, by far, is the worst one I've stayed at. It is run down, the paint on the concrete floors is peeling, the room was old and dingy and had a bit of an odour to it. The facilities for breakfast were very small...maybe 7 tables in total. Definitely not at all close to the standards I have experienced and would expect from a Best Western.

I didn't get what i payed for, pictures didn't look like the real thing, I had to fight to get a $89 refund for a five night stay, my Husband was not able to shower due to you not giving me the type of room i payed for...BAD MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP would never recommend or return..
