I was initially given an adjoining room, next to an outrageously loud obnoxious group who were yelling, bouncing a ball against the wall, slamming their bathroom door, adults shouting at the kids. All of this during my first 5 minutes after checking in. This created a very high stress level and I had to request a room change at the front desk. I was given another room but that night was already ruined.

The sofa was rock hard and there were dirty towels on the floor as soon as you walked into the room. I’m assuming housekeeping forgot them because there were fresh ones neatly hung. That wasn’t pleasant walking into, but other than that it was fine

Really liked the layout of the king suite. The breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly.

Kind of noisy late nights. Price was too high, but I think probably comparable in the current economy: VOTE republican! A coffee table or end table would have been helpful.

I booked a king bed (which was very comfortable) but it didn’t have any bed pillows. Just 4 square sofa accent size pillows. Extremely odd. The hallways were fairly warm and musty. There were dehumidifiers in the hall too so perhaps something was being addressed.

It was nice and quiet! So thankful for that. And the staff was terrific. They welcomed my dog with enthusiasm and made us both feel good about our arrival.

The breakfast meat choice seems to vary to one for each day of the week.. I had a sausage patty the previous day at a catered event and did not choose to have it 2 days in a row.

The vending machines only took cash 😕 No hot tub, but the pool looked great.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, the facility was clean and inviting, my room was roomy, comfortable and clean. Fantastic location, close to restaurants, shopping, highways. Great looking pool, I will use it during my next stay. I felt safe to park and stay as a solo female.

Cindy the front desk clerk kept coming to our room shortly after we arrived telling us to be quiet. We had 3 rooms with 6 toddlers and it was 2am in the morning. We had traveled for our grandfather funeral, they wanted snacks, and to play after being in the car all day. She as super inconsiderate and another worker had the room acrossed from us and she said she never heard us. Cindy was rude, and seemed like large parties of people scared her. Traveling with 6 toddler isn't typical and one of them was crying. Have you ever tried to quiet a tired and cranky toddler in a new environment?

No fruit for breakfast. A somewhat musky smell in the room. Otherwise everything else was acceptable.

Stayed 2 nights July 4th weekend with wife and granddaughter for softball. Check in fast and went well. Lady at desk was nice. Breakfast needed some fresh fruit. Food was basic but plentiful and tasted fine. Lady working was nice and efficient. Room was also basic. Had some musky smell but seemed clean and everything worked fine. Didn’t use pool but looked okay. Price for Saturday was higher than on Sunday because of more folks staying Saturday only due to softball/baseball tournaments.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was a tolerable temp. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. Staff were very pleasant.

While I and my kids were at the pool, there were 4 other kids in the pool area that were running and jumping in the pool. One of them almost jumped on my daughter. Staff was watching and did nothing. There were no parents around either
