You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room service was not consistent, with the kitchenette the garbage cans were small and when they did not clean the room the cans were very full. With no room service no clean towels. Not that the towels were dirty but in this part of Texas the towels don't dry and so new towels should at least be delivered. Another sad comment, there was no hair dryer in the room and when I called down to the lobby for one the staff said they were sorry but people had taken them all! So we went to Target to get a new dryer and I left for the next customer!
Easy to get to and room was very clean.

Location, staff, cleanliness and a clean pool. If you have a problem with Highway noise then just get a room on the back side! We don’t mind.

Property was been remodeled and breakfast area was very small and not clean .

Being right off the highway noise. A dash of blood on the shower curtain. ONLY decaf coffee was in the room. We had to go to the office in the morning to get regular, not even warm, coffee...
The room was readily equipped for full at home away from home experience.

My check-in was at 3 and I arrived at 3:10 and they didn't have my room ready. They delivered it almost at 4:00. I had to wait a long time.

The refrigerator didn't work, probably just a breaker. no trash cans (I might have been the first to stay there since remodel) There was a lot of construction on the roads so it was a little difficult to drive anywhere after I arrived.

There was no chair; no light over the shower; no grab bars in the shower; no ironing board; the room faced the interstate and traffic noise could have been mitigated better; and it was a second floor room with no elevator.

If I would have known about construction at office facilities I would have gone elsewhere. Also I asked for bath towels and they had none only had 2 in the room for four people. Asked office for more and they said they had no extras😡😡
Terrible could not get to eat anything not even coffee, no space as construction in office where breakfast was served, to many people getting something at same time barely checked out staff overwhelmed with amount of work to get breakfast and manage office.

Traffic was so loud..people swimming after 10 pm making a lot of noise .Not much sleep.. Breakfast was full wasn't able to eat breakfast.. Then when we were able to get in the kitchen the food was out... And our room smelled nothing but the weed..It was disgusting smell that gave us headaches..

The "breakfast" area and experience were not pleasant. Too slow with the unattended, "make your own waffle" machine, disorganized. The space got too crowded too fast and there was no one to help. That was very disappointing. We were 2 adults + a kid and we only had towels for two people, not three. It was a little noisy, but it's expected given that the property is right on the highway.
The room was good. We were on a busy schedule, so we couldn't enjoy any amenities, like the pool.
