Front office has no customer service skills. I called to see if we could check in early and Katherine said we could come as early as 1:30pm. Got there at 1:40 and was told “no rooms available” with no expression. She said it would be ready by 2:00pm. We went for some lunch came back at 2:20pm only to be told “no rooms ready, again”. When I complained I was told “you could have been charged $50 for early check in” unbelievable. Again your front line should be more friendly. Did not feel welcome at all and will not be back. And I understand housekeeping needs to clean rooms just don’t tell your guests that early checkin is available and then it isn’t.

The room, 212, felt dated. Minor observations, such as the bathroom mirror frame had some damages, the TV remote’s battery cover was missing, the boxspring’s undercover had a large tear. Breakfast was dismal, eggs in particular.

It was near the freeway and my friends’ home, which made it quite convenient.

This hotel needs renovation. The carpet is old and worn. The paint in the rooms is patched and spotty. The furniture is old, chipped and the rooms are smelly. The pool area was dirty, diapers, chicken wings, dried red punch all over the patio furniture and bees. I booked a room with 2 queen beds 3 adults and a baby. We had two wash cloths and two towels in the room when we arrived. I asked housekeeping in the hallway, if we could have 3 additional washcloths and two additional towels. She called the front desk to ask for permission and said that she could only give me two wash cloths. This was extremely frustrating as we needed to shower and take care of the baby. Also, the staff wasn't pleasant or welcoming at the front desk.

The location, the price and it was safe. This is an older place but the lobby, kitchen area was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was replenished and had an appropriate variety of foods. I appreciated the ability to check in early as a special request after 8 hours in a car.

Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 am! Fortunately I was awake, but I slept poorly so a knock at the door that early was not appreciated. Small matter of a cracked Kleenex cover with a hole in it. Would look much better if the telephone line were not evident.

My roommate said that the wifi did not work after multiple attempts to use it. Also, I wasn't a big fan of the faucet setup in the bath tub but once I figured it out, it worked well.

I loved the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The woman who checked me in did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

I was prompter to "upgrade my room" for a mere $5.61. It was implied that I would have a sitting room, apart from the bedroom. What I ended up with was the bedroom and an extremely large bathroom, designed for the handicapped. I'm not handicapped. The shower had no door, and the towel bar was a good 15 feet from the shower, I had no choice but to get water all over the bathroom floor. When the floor was wet, it was as slippery as being on ice. I'm 71 YO and, had I fallen, I would have ended up needing a handicapped bathroom.

I liked that it was on the upper floor. The beds were quite comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.
