We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was an overwhelming marijuana smell in the building and seemed to permeate our room at times. The outside door would not close properly unless you pulled the door shut tightly, therefore making the facility less secure. The hot tub was out of order, and it sounds like it has been for quite some time. Common areas and rest rooms were quite run down with a lot of chipped and chipping paint. There was no continental breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday.
Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed.

United States of AmericaThere were a large group of people with a wide range in ages that were not supervising their kids and running in halls yelling and pounding on doors and setting off fire alarms until approx 1am - after several attempts to report to staff they failed to take care of the issue until then unfortunately. Bed was older and not the most comfortable and furniture and fixtures were old curtains and bed skirts appear to not have been washed in quite a while walls somewhat dirty ….however for the price was good and i have stayed in much worse and there is a nice pool, restaurant connected (no discount however) and a theater attached to the hotel.

United States of AmericaAt check in I was told they needed a card on file and there'd be no charge on my account. When I woke up in the morning, they in fact withdrew $100. It's now been 5 days and I still haven't got it back. Their hot tub is no longer and pool is ALWAYS closed.

United States of AmericaThe elevator was on the fritz. The rooms were clean and looked nice but a bit out dated. I couldn't keep a good wifi signal or tv channel the connection was bad. We still enjoyed our stay my child loved the wading pool, the pools were heated, however one was not and needed to be serviced so the wading pool was a bit cold.
The pool was clean the receptionist was a sweetheart and kept pool open for us a little longer /20mins after closing so my child could have time to swim. The rooms were clean and didn't smell bad it was quiet and we had an enjoyable 3 days considering the circumstances of our trip. Thank you 😊

United States of AmericaThe place is very run down. Screens falling off windows. Carpet in the hallways and stairs are falling apart. Security door on our side to get into the building didn't work. Loud and inappropriate music being played in the pool area. Smelled like a cheech and Chong concert. Beds were shot. And a $50 deposit on your room to see if you smoked in there or not. For the money they charge would of been better at a motel.
