The front desk check in person couldn't recommend any place to visit.

Unbeknownst to us, we were given a room on floor directly under breakfast floor area. We attended a family wedding & returned very late. Planned on getting up around 8:30 & set our alarm BUT unfortunately we were awakened at 7 by all the noise from chairs moving upstairs. VERY ANNOYING! I complained to staff as we checked out. They offered an apology & suggested next time I call ahead before arrival date to secure a room in another location. I pay good $ to rent a room & should be allowed to wake up on my schedule not by a bunch of noise. I should have been advised about this during check-in & I should receive rewards or something but nothing was offered.

Location is great. Value is reasonable.

The bed sheets were too short for the bed. We untucked them to pull them up further and then our feet were uncovered. We didn’t report this until our departure so they didn’t have a chance to correct the situation for us. From our experience with this facility, I believe they would have if given the chance.

Bedding. There were no fitted sheets, and the flat sheet used for the beds wasn’t big enough, so I kept waking up on the mattress pad. 😩

The floors in our room were pretty yuck. Like they haven't been cleaned well in a long time. And it was hit or miss if our shower would get warm/hot water. At least 4 of the times we went to shower, there was only cold water.

Only stocked with 2 halfs rolls of toilet paper, 1st day we had 2 was cloths, and 2nd day just 1, had to spend half an hour at the front desk to get more. Very accommodating staff just inconvenient.

Pet friendly and very helpful with answering my questions prior to my arrival. Spacious room, cleaned upon arrival, loved the little balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the La Copa Cabana had very good food. The location was excellent, and I would highly recommend it when staying on SPI.

The beds, in my opinion, are very uncomfortable. We sleep well because we were tired. But they aren't good.

We stayed in a room that faces the pool (pool view, first floor) and for what we paid I think we could have been more comfortable somewhere else. They could not move us, the hotel was fully booked. The pool was noisy with people using speakers to broadcast their music. It should be prohibited. The beach had some of these, too. The beach has some chair and umbrella rentals, but they are expensive for a resort that should have these included in the price. There is also a resort fee which doesn't make much sense, in my opinion.

Breakfast was really good, but not what I expected. Location is great. Staff is great. Pool and beach access are nice and the beach is great.
