Light in bathroom over the sink was not working, a minor annoyance. of course, I don't like the tv.

The location is perfect when I visit my son and granddaughter. The breakfast is decent. The tv is terrible, they need to update. Wi-Fi is good. The bed is comfortable, and heat easily adjusted, although noisy.

VERY, VERY STRANGE smell permitted my room around 5am and so heavy that I had to sleep UNDER the sheets... continued dow hall to breakfast. Staff is used to it . Like lotion-gravy-incense-dishwater smell pushing through vents. You Have A Venting Issue !!!!! While not crippling it lingered in my sinuses for HOURS. Won't take a gamble on returning.

Room was on end near 90 degree hallway. Light from the adjacent hall came through the window. Curtains were sheer and drapes were not closeable, so hallway light came through.

We confirmed a mobility accessible room and the assigned room was not accessible. The desk person was trying hard but apparently wasn't trained in locating and accessible room. We finally found one, but even then I had to rearrange the furniture to make space for the wheelchair to move around the room. The facility is very worn and while the room was clean, the public space, especially the exterior, was not well maintained.

When we arrived the TV was on in our room. We didn't know if they gave us the right room or not, Later I turned the TV off and it never came back on. I called the manager and told him the problem and he came by later. I was going back home to Hampton and wanted to know the weather and road conditions. He came by and told me that the TV had to be programmed and said he would be back in 5 minutes. He never showed and I didn't know wether to turn on the TV or what. I was very disappointed in the communication between the manager and myself. I am disappointed and unsatisfied be cause the lady at the front desk said she would relay my dissatifaction to him. Now I want to contact the Home Office to let them know of the problem that I had. The manager never called or contacted me.

The bath mat in my bathroom was wet when I arrived and there wasn’t any shampoo (easily remedied by getting some from the front desk) there also were very many blankets on the bed, only a sheet a thin synthetic felt blanket and another sheet on top. Luckily my room had two beds so I took the blankets from the other bed and layered them on the one I used.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy and I was able to store my bag with the front desk before check in and after check out which was so appreciated.

Facilities are outdated. Room was right beside the elevator and stairs. They were out of syrup for the waffles and eggs were dry and tasteless.

Staff unprofessional. Mostly Spanish speaking kids. Last day wwent to desk yo get a boarding pass done. Kid was behind the desk in a basebello Jersey, who spoke no English, didn't know how to help me, told me to come back after we left for our flight

The price. And the pool will be open soon I hope. Breakfast could have had a better variety and been served hot. Biscuits and sausage gravy would have been awesome. Only could eat the breakfast once and that was because I didn’t feel like going to get food instead.

The location and room was fine. Price was a bit more than it was worth. Been considering staying there again for 5-10 days. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Should add biscuits and sausage gravy to menu and serve the food hot.
