The rooms are very tired. Quite noisy due to the highway.

Convenient for those who drive. Many places to shop and eat nearby.

Price/value. Hyatt in delano is not much more, but quality is very noticeable. Unfortunately we had to stay at best Western bc our plans were last minute and hyatt was unavailable. Hyatt amenities and services are higher quality, too. The tv wasn't plugged in, so it took a bit to figure out why it wasn't working. The cable remote receiver was also unplugged. Wasn't the easiest access to fix it, since it is placed up against the wall on the dresser. AC filter needs replacing or cleaning - smelled musty. The door needs to be wiped down or painted. It's more of $100/nt stay vs the $175/nt. Needed to grab more conditioner/shampoo/soap for the shower bc it want stocked when we arrived. Just the little details added up and doesn't make it worth the price paid.

The loudness from the other rooms and I had to complain they only went quite for an hour and then it happened all night although the staff apologized it still was not cool. Also the Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned and I've been waiting for the sauna to get fixed for more than a year

The Jacuzzi, sauna and pool were not working and breakfast had moldy cream cheese and the bathroom shower leaked the whole time and the toilet was running water all not I got no sleep

It was 2am already, our card didn't work, went to front desk, nobody was there, called the hotel nobody answered the phone, electric fan was on, waited for more than 2 hours, and we were so tired, the whole time, the guy was inside room, not sure if it's an office or something but he said he didn't hear us..

The pool was very dirty we did not get in the water it was very gross! Area for breakfast was very small not quite enough room for everyone that was staying there!

The ladies were all wonderful at the front desk. And the room was clean. We had to check out a day early because we had a change of plans and they were absolutely amazing to work with!

I didn’t like how the water got shut off in the middle of my shower and I have to be at a meeting but that wasn’t their fault. It was an issue with people outside. They turned it on within 20 minutes so they fix the issue but that was my only complaint, and the issue with the sauna

I love the location the breakfast, the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool was indoor. It had a sauna, but it was not working.

My dislikes were the pool situation was horrible. No part of the inside of the pool was visible. The water was blue like with a dye and not clear. Also 4 out of my 8 days they spent draining it and when the water was replaced it was colored again. No visibility. Choosing Best Western was because of the pool and we felt cheated of that luxury for the price. Then a lot of business trucks occupied the parking area. It was always a challenge to park at the front and at the back had a man always by the dumpster that made the back feel scary . It was an inconvenience.

We had to change rooms because the AC was faulty. They accommodated our request promptly and we appreciated that. The staff was very helpful and respectful especially because of our length of stay. The breakfast was good. It was limited in selections but tasty.
