Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaAir conditioning despite noisy was not efficient, it was too cold in the room. Shower pressure was poor, the temperature could not be handled easily. There was just enough shower gel for both of us. Overall the room seemed unfinished with some repair needed (door handles, A/C...).
The hotel was close to city center. The room had a nice view on the pool and was clean. Parking was free and since the hotel was quite empty the staff allowed us to park a little after we checked out.

The best feature was the location. I was going to a Dallas Stars game, and it was close enough to walk to. Even though no one else seemed to walk that far (1 mi), the path was mostly well lit and you're walking through gentrified areas. This also may be the closest place to the AAC that doesn't charge for parking. Otherwise, it's your basic budget hotel. It's fine for a night's sleep.

United States of AmericaThe staff and I would assume owners as I saw the dad and two sons who own it were rude when I checked in l. he got grumpy that I booked on booking.com, he didn’t tell me thank you or anything acted as if I annoyed him. I called to ask a question they answered it and just hung up. The facility as clean and good priced but man the poor attitude from owners really changed my experience. This was my second time staying here bc last time I had a positive experience all the way around. The hotel is what you would expect but the staff needs to work on being more personable. I will not be staying there again, because of the staffs attitude. Period.
Location was great, beds comfy, rooms clean.

United States of AmericaShower had practically zero water pressure, cigarette burn stains on the toilet, room was a non smoking but still smelled like cigarettes. WiFi was down. No breakfast was out. Rooms opened to the outside so this was a motel not a hotel set up. Would not have stayed here if i had known.

United States of AmericaFirst of all, when my friend and I checked in to the hotel after we reserved our room online, after receptionist asked for my ID, he cringed when he saw I wasn’t yet 21 years old (I am 20 years old currently), and I told him that according to booking.com, we didn’t know that. He had to call his manager/boss to ask about this, and finally boss let us stay gladfully. But that receptionist just seemed unwelcoming as my first impression of him.Bathroom door was hard to open and close, and one of towels provided to us was somewhat ripped.
I liked cleanliness and size of room, and the beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaWe booked a king room and was asked if we would accept a queen…. That was fine….when we got to our room the carpet just inside the door was wet… the bathroom door would not close … the bathroom was so small one person could hardly turn around… a large person would not fit …also there was a problem with the TV..if I had not been so tired when we arrived I would have ask for another room or changed hotels…

United States of AmericaWe hoped to utilize the pool but it was closed at the time. This was most likely due to strict COVID policies. Other than this, the hotel met the expectations I had for it.
The location is close in proximity to all the areas we traveled to. The place was clean and well manicured. We had little difficulty checking in. It was a good place to be for the value.

United States of AmericaRoom was extremely hot and musty when we checked in. Air conditioning took 4 hours to get bearable, but it never really got comfortably cool in the room. No window AC, no microwave, 1 trash can, pool didn’t look cleaned in a few days, and potentially some weekly stays.
Location was close to downtown. On property security guard. Parking lot felt safe and didn’t see any worrisome activity on the road in front.

United States of AmericaThe place is very dirty and rundown. They offer nothing in the room, not even a phone to call the front desk. The gal at the front desk is short tempered and unfriendly. The ceiling in our room had something dripping onto the carpet. Blood stains on the sheets...absolutely gross. Weird not to see any other tourists. Seemed more like a low budget residential building for people in rehab.

United States of AmericaGangsta party in parking lot, loud music, girls twerking on hoopties, devolved to gunfire. At least the party ended quickly. Worst thing was the mice. Woke me up fighting in the trash. Caught one, but the other one(?) was still at large. Staff couldn't care less about it, but I get it. Whatever. Also smelled like mildew. And have you ever slept on a mo6 mattress? Back hurt for three days after.Honestly no better than the cheapest motel you could find. But, I accidentally left a large sum of money in the drawer, and they didn't steal it from me, so they get bonus points for that. Probably the best motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Good work raising the bar
The location was convenient, probably not the best.
