The elevator was not working when we were trying to get to our room. I can’t take stair so clerk had to reassign us a room on first floor.

The employees gave weird vibes. The lady at the front desk gave us wrong directions to our room, pointed us to one way and we walked all the way to the other to find our room. While we were in there, someone who I assume is an employee knocked once then proceeded to open our door. Without thinking I immediately shut the door in his face as I was right by the sink. I called my boyfriend over to check who it was and the “employee” just waved and gave no explanation as to why he was trying to get into our room. Scary experience.

Outdoor corridors dirty, no trash receptacles outdoors, outdoor areas need a good steam cleaning. Night had vehicles parked in lot, that obviously were not staying in hotel, but in cars 😳 we have stayed here 5 years ago, never experienced that then

Breakfast was great. The first room I was given was filthy, had been smoked in, had been cleaned since the last guests checked out if they even checked out at all. The room I got needed an easy chair. Microwave should not have occupied the entire eating table; it needed a separate place .

The jacuzzi, which was the reason I booked this place, was out of order. The thermostat in the room was broken, so my room stayed in the 60’s all night.

AC was not working when we got to our room and the ice machine had no ice ,no toilet paper in the bathroom had to hunt down a maid.. call the front desk 2 times and no shampoo or soap as if the room was not clean floors were very dirty. My feet turned black

The mattress/ bed was really uncomfortable, like it was broken and split in half so the bed / mattress was making a u shape down the middle and sinking in . Thank you

The location was great and quite enjoyable, but I a slight problem, your bed/ mattress was very uncomfortable it felt like it was old and slumpy, please , fix this problem and issue for other clients.

Some of the guest above us sound like they were filled with kids running for hrs. Most people in disabled rooms are older or at least generally needing of more rest so that taken in consideration when assigning rooms would help with that

They made sure to change order of service for rooms to make sure we had a accessible room (disabled) available on ground floor like I asked right next to disabled parking. Breakfast was delicious and constantly be topped off as was coffee. Night person Jen, allowed me to sit up at lobby amd chat between doing her duties while I adjusted to being in the area (trauma/ ptsd from an attack in town) Morning staff was sweet as well

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once but last nights stay, I had to move my car to a more light up spot as I saw a couple of sketchy people in the parking lot. A couple of cars were taking up two parking spots which was frustrating and it’s hard to turn around in the parking lot due to it being small. The floor needs to be mopped properly and swept, I have to clean my feet, wear slippers or shoes before I get into bed. The room’s bathroom smelled odd like moldy sponge and the door needed to be adjusted as it was kinda loose from the hinges.

Free breakfast is what I enjoy about the stay, should be until 10am though. The price is affordable especially last minute reservations
