The walls were very thin and it sounded like the people staying in the room above us was coming through the ceiling. Also heard dogs barking coming from another room down the hall.

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was just off the interstate with restaurants nearby. Breakfast was really good.

Pool was outdoor and closed for the season which was super sad for my three kids. We didn’t know it was an outdoor pool, but something to check on next time. They were also clearly in the middle of a renovation as some things were done, like the shower, and other things weren’t like the bathroom flooring. The whole room was hardwood floor which was not super comfy. The heat wasn’t on when we checked in and the temp outside was about 32°F (0°C) and the room was freezing. The heat also seemed to stay on constantly despite changing the heater multiple times so then we cooked overnight and that was uncomfortable in itself.

The shower was awesome. It was big and had an adjustable showerhead—one of the best showers I have used.

We rented the most expensive room but the shower pressure was awful and it took me 15 minutes after I used body soap to feel like it was off me. Kind of a big thing to mess up in a luxury room

We got to the room and the door was wide open. We walked around seeing if someone was still in there but didn't see anyone. The room looked great and we got their around 4 and the maid came like 10 minutes later asking if the room was clean. We were super confused because I thought the room should've been clean before anyone gets there. The room was fine and she walked away. The door also didn't close all the way it had a crack open and that was annoying.

I loved the bed it was super soft and I wanted to lay there forever. The breakfast was great and was clean. We went to the pool and that was nice. We had a hot tub in our room and that was super fun and it worked great.

The drain stopper in the hot tub would not stay up, unless held. The outlets in the bathroom did not work….. tried the reset, still nothing. Told the front counter person, they didn’t care……. Unhappy customer here. 🤬

The toilet hieght was like for a toddler extremely low. I have a bad knee and back and it was so hard to get on and off the toilet. And you have to reach all the way across the wall to get the toilet paper. Plus when we took a shower it sounded like we were gonna break through the floor. And the drain in the jacuzzi was right in the middle and it's a stand up one so we kept hitting it with our bodies or feet and it would hurt pretty bad.

Loved our suite king bed with the jacuzzi tub in our room. We liked the breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and kind. We would stay again aslong the toilet can be higher.

We did not like how slippery the floor was around the tub! Every time we got out we had to be so careful not to slip! Even with the little towel like rug down everything is slippery!

The breakfast was a little sparse, but it came with the room and was free so I was happy with what I got. I just would have liked a little more hot items. We loved the room and the large tub!

place isn’t very clean. we ordered the spa tub room and everything in the room is outdated, the spa tub was not cleaned and was very nasty, the jets sprayed at the walls and ceiling and it was very small.(I was expecting to fit two people in it but the tub is very thin. I was also expecting a nice hot breakfast for the price I paid, because of COVID they had everything wrapped up. for the price, I was surprised that I wasn’t able to at least order room service and have it delivered.
