The handicapped room was at the very end of the huge building. My 90 year old husband had to walk way too far. Only doors to get inside were halfway down the building. There should be more entrance doors. Especially where the handicapped rooms are. Luggage cart had flat tires.

There were a lot of small cute bugs . Kind of lady bugs. May be someone kept the windows open. Other than that nice and clean

Checked in late and was meet with lack lustre employee to having to check us in at the end of her shift. The night shift employee was much more pleasant and provide timely breakfast at 6:30 am on the dot.

Overall clean and breakfast was quite nice. Air conditioning was quite loud and difficult to fall asleep over.

Upon entering our room, it smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it was a smoke free room) and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned entirely. There was an open bar of soap, used hand towel and trash in the garbage can.

I appreciated that the property wasn’t too far off the highway, the room was a good size and the included breakfast was good overall.

Bathrooms could have been a bit bigger. It wouldn't be a problem for me, but I know enough people such that mobility would be a serious concern for them here. Also, during breakfast, one of the milk containers was starting to curdle.

Bed was great, couch was comfy, and the pool was really nice. Also, continental breakfast was pretty good. I honestly wish I would have stayed longer, but I had to leave early the next day. If I have to travel through Morgantown again and can't stay with local family, I'll definitely come here again.

The toilet you had to hold the handle down for it to flush, the beds were hard and moved way to much, the pillows sucked they looked fluffy but as soon as you touched them they were flat I had to use 3 pillows to make 1 pillow

It was very clean the heat worked amazing, the pool and area were clean, and its close to places

I did not care for the small square pillows on the king size bed. I prefer standard pillows. Also, the bed wasn't as comfortable as beds at other properties I've stayed.

The breakfast was very good, nice selection of foods and juices, coffee, etc.

I didn't like the fact that there was no usb charge ports in the rooms. This day and age everyone have cell phone that need charging.

Breakfast was tasty and ample. The location was very convenient to get to. the staff was extremely helpful with everything.

The door to the room was difficult to open - the room was a little "old" - but the AC worked well and we had a comfortable enough stay. We left early the next morning.

The gentleman working the registration desk when I arrived was great - pleasant - cheerful - talkative - and he was dealing with two policemen who had been called by a guest to report a "strange person" around the hotel..... registration desk person could answer questions and identified the person - excellent service - police assured him ( and me) they were going to monitor the area through the evening. All very pleasant gentlemen.

Hallways need more cleaning. All exit doors need to be secured and closed, locks should work on them.
