Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOlder rooms are pretty dull but they have very comfortable beds so that makes up for it. :) You must watch your step here, there is alot to look at and I've seen people trip because of the steps all around the property. Just a helpful tip!
I have stayed here twice. My advice is ask for a renovated room with the pool up front so you are in a nicer room and have access to breakfast 😉 Breakfast is worth it! They do a great job all around! I would stay here again. I also live in Naples and have stayed at other places and this one has the best tranquil feel....green landscaping, with koi ponds everywhere.

United States of AmericaOur room, which wasn’t renovated yet (but scheduled to be?) didn’t have a table or desk and a chair - which was pretty important if you’ll be doing any sort of lengthy computer work during your stay. Fortunately the courtyard around the pool had ample places where one could work and enjoy the tropical tranquility. But not having a table in the room (or a set of drawers so clothes could be unpacked) was definitely a miss.
This is probably the most beautiful “tropical themed” hotel in all of Naples. The grounds and landscaping are a lush paradise of various palms and other tropical vegetation. The entire property has a look and feel of somewhere very, very exotic. Fish pools are scattered throughout the main courtyards and Tiki bar and are filled with beautiful Koi fish that are a delight to children and grown-ups alike. Tiny geckos and anoles scamper about amidst the foliage, and birds fill the air with their songs. The grounds also have fascinating artwork sculptures made of metal spaced all around the property. Everytime I went for a stroll I found something new. Other amenities include bikes to borrow and ride around through town or down to the beach (10 min ride on a bike and you don’t have to pay for parking!) and EV fast charging station, 3 laundry rooms with a washer+dryer each), an attached Resturant and bar with Valet service, two beautiful pools and hot tub spas. Seriously, this place is amazing. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else when I come back to Naples.

United States of Americathe pool area at night is not well lit at all and has a few dangerous ledges that you can’t see all around the pool area. I tripped on and almost fell flat on my face. I also felt nauseous and sick that night -- only ate 1 thing that day that was probably safe so i hope they are keeping the water in the hot tubs and pools clean because if not it can make people sick.

CanadaThe beds were a little bit soft and when we arrived they told us they had no record of our reservation.
Breakfast by the pool was very nice. The hotel is located in a good location, not far from the historic center and close to the beach, shopping centers and the highway. We appreciated the beach shuttle. Overall, the staff were very courteous and friendly.

CanadaChecked website and called before booking and told no construction, pools and hot tubs all in working order and heated. Arrive and none were heated, heaters broken. Tell the truth. Fridges broken too, sink drains clogged
Jason and his assistant arrived and fixed the hot tub and made the stay so much nicer. He was so personable and got things done with his assistant.

United States of AmericaOur room was out dated but we really had no issues. It was big and roomy with a balcony. Our sinks filled up fast if you left the water running. That was really the only issue.
I loved the location of this hotel. I was a little nervous booking based on reviews but glad I stuck with it. You have a small side street next to the hotel, where we would walk across to Publix everyday (shopping plaza) and get snacks, water, a fresh sub to take to the beach. They also have a Starbucks in the Publix so we would get a coffee each morning. The beach is 1.40 miles from the hotel. A perfect location to walk, run, or bike to the beach. You follow the residential street all the way around to the beach. The hotel was in a perfect location to the beach, and in between north Naples & downtown Naples. Uber rides were about $14 either way and about $8 from the beach to the hotel. We never took the hotel shuttle because of their limited hours of drop off/pick up (9, 12 & pickup at 3).

United States of AmericaNo chair in the room. The rooms have large, beautiful sliding doors with screens that open to the pool area. This is lovely, but means that if you are on the first floor, you must lock the sliding doors at night and forgo fresh air.
Wonderful breakfast, beautiful grounds, good location for going to beaches, can walk to restaurants, a mall and Walgreens.

United States of AmericaThere is no desk and chair in the room. There is extra space for it but the armchair in the corner could be taken out and a little desk put there. It would be more useful. Also there is a need for a toilet brush. There is no lighting in the room apart from the bedlam.
