(1) The bathroom sink location (right in front of the room door as you enter) (2) the toilet & tub room was very small; not much space to maneuver if you are on the larger side; we are small and found it a challenge (3) the bathroom area ceiling was dated and looked in need of repair (4) appreciate the self parking at the location, but the parking spaces were very small; had to squeeze out of our car as to not bump adjacent parked cars; saw some people were backing out so passengers could get in to their cars (5) our room door took a good slam to make sure it was closed

The hot tub in the room was very little. It would only fit one pluss person. And two very small people if you set side by side.

The location was wonderful. Plenty of stories to shop at. The beach front was amazing so worth getting the room facing the beach.

The only negative was a guest smoking on our floor to the point we could smell it in our room and a neighboring room with the tv on all night long - but overall the hotel was wonderful!

We were constantly smelling weed from the balcony. Pretty sure someone underneath of us was smoking and it would make our room smell terrible and we couldn’t open the door due to the smell being so strong. Mimi fridge was broken up until the last day of our stay and the balcony chair was broken, however maintenance came up pretty quickly and fixed the issues.

Staff was great and very pleasant and any issues we experienced in the room was fairly quickly corrected. The view was beautiful.

Front staff seemed short when talking. Felt as if I was bothering them or my questions were stupid. Indoor pool could have been a bit cleaner. The walkways to get to rooms that faced the street with all the open windows were super hot at times. And could be a bit cleaner also.

The beach! And the restaurant at the bottom, Fish Tails, had a bit of slow staff but the food was AWESOME! Rooms were clean.

The layout of the room wasn’t great. The door was near the bathroom and I wasn’t fond of it. There should’ve been a wall separating the door to the bathroom area. Some of the guest was loud after midnight.

I didn’t like that I requested a rollaway bed Friday night and didn’t hear back at all until Sunday night after we had already checked out 12 hours prior. Also, there was an item left in the tub that made me feel like it was not cleaned prior to our stay.

This hotel is older and doesn't have much for amenities. The carpets are very worn, walls and fixtures need repairs. There was no breakfast.

It was amazing to listen to the ocean all night! The view was spectacular!

The hotel is very outdated! It looked a little sketchy but you get what you pay for. Lighting in the indoor pool area could use more lighting felt little dark especially swimming after dinner.

There were several things broken in our room, toilet ran, bathroom fan didn’t work. Only one working ice machine in the entire building. There was no channel guide, or hotel information (like ice machine locations) in the binder in our room. The auxiliary parking wasn’t well lit and it didn’t feel safe leaving my car there. It’s a non smoking hotel and you have to sign an agreement saying you won’t smoke, but the smell of marijuana was prevalent. You were only left one towel per person.

The a hallways and elevators were dirty, with trash and debris on the floors. The “fitness” center was possibly one of the worst equipped hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. They had 3 old machines, tricep, chest fly, and leg extension, along with some very old cardio equipment. No dumbbells, no mats, no benches, no barbells, or anything else to get a good full body workout.

Great waterfront location. It’s off season, so the hotel was mostly empty during my stay. The room itself was very clean, but the elevators and hallways were dirty.
