Waiting on a room in the late afternoon.

I arrived at 5 pm and my room wasn’t ready. It was an older property that was under renovation in the lobby. Everything other than that was fine. Your staff were friendly and courteous.

Hotel was renovating,so indoor pool was closed and breakfast area was closed also. I believe booking.com should have let us know that. Next time will call hotel directly to book. Probably will not use booking.com Next time. Lesson learned

what I didn’t like was that the rooms had a weird smell and that it was a little damaged, the bathroom floors felt a bit unstable and wobbly and also the tiles were falling off the wall down by the floor and it was also spots on our floor in the room.

I like that the staff was very friendly and kind, I also loved that the property was so close to a shopping center as well.

A few lamps didn't work but it was fine because I just wanted to rest.

I called best western 1st but no room so then a called Price line and guess what I got a room(should have been non-smoking)So when we check in there's no non-smoking rooms. With my family needing a room we had no other choice but to take a smoking room. The 1st room we go to was so bad the tile was coming up in the bathroom and could have very easily cut someone foot, floors were nasty, so I go back down and they gave me another room. The tile floor was better and room was a little cleaner. The Staff was good to work with but the rooms just didn't meet other exceptions. And the problem is there is not any better hotels in the area to choice from. By the way the partying the goes on outside is not very good for the family to see they even had to call the police not good for my 7 year old grandson to see with all the people arguing.

Not much The staff was ok and seem to try to help but didn't have much to work with. I'll explain in what you didn't like. Breakfast was far, nothing to write home about there were doing some remodeling.

no towels in the room the first day they were out. the toilet seat broke and they did not fix it there was a large group of motorcycles there and they stood and sat around the entrance the whole time and you could not pull your car up to unload or load. will never stay there again

ZERO STARS!!!!! the property was under renovation during our stay and boy was it ugly. the first floor as soon as you walk in was terrible. the indoor pool and fitness room were closed due to this, all of which was never stated during online purchasing. the “free” breakfast was a muffin, granola bar, banana, or apple. they gave you a little slip of paper that you had fill out and bring back downstairs “or else you won’t get anything”. we did not do that because it was a joke and when I came downstairs I could see everyone’s “orders” lined up in white paper sandwich bags. a joke. in our room some of the lightbulbs were blown out, the phone was completely broken with about 15 missing buttons, the floor tiles were broken in the bathroom, and the shower faucet was broken. when we woke up the next morning the hot water didn’t work. the only good thing about the visit were the beds as they were comfortable. but, I will never stay here again. my uncle stayed here too at the same time and they found a bottle of pills in their room. and someone tried to break in their room at 1am. terrible.
