The floors were dirty, there was a huge chunk taken out of the wall, wall smudges from god knows what, when I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs I found a unopened condom, the mattress was stained along with the bed frame, the headboard had mystery juices on it, the hair dryer was broken and unusable, there were stains on the chair, the TV stand and night end table all were scuffed up, closet door was damaged, coffee for the coffee pot was expired, there was a hug bug of some sort waiting for me next to the bed when I arrived and I’m assuming it got in because the door didn’t seal well at all and there was a huge gap from the ground to the bottom of the door. Very musty smelling. Fridge and microwave were dirty.

I enjoyed that it was close to a local friend. It was quiet for the most part but I think that was just because there weren’t many people there. Had cold AC.

1- No hot water in one room of two I rented. 2- Breakfast , no sausage, Bacon or turkey . Only served scramble egg, waffles and oatmeal as main corse, I find that unexceptable . 3- Check out is at 11 am, I came up to my room from lobby after coffee, and there were 3 people inside my room. Housekeeper and two gentle man, one sitting in top of the dining table and the other in a chair while the female employee was standing by the dresser. I had place luggage in the car but I had a box of special pastries in the refrigerator in my room and again check out was at 11, this occurred at 10:35. They had place the pastries in the bottom of the cleaning car by the towels . I said to them I have not checked out yet why are you here.. and where is my food that was in the fridge . They pulled it from the cart and gave to me and tried to apologize. That is absolutely unacceptable . I throw away as I could not in my right mind bring home food that had been tampered with. I did inform front desk , they stated the would inform manager . The least I expect is a call from management to inform me of measures taken

Coffee at breakfast was not strong enough for me, but I do like very strong coffee. The room had new flooring and updated furniture and decor, but the building is older and the air was a bit stale when we first entered.

Hotel is easy to find. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean property. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

The bed was hard as a ROCK. Right next to the busy highway so it was also loud. The door did not have a sweep on the bottom so there was a huge gap to the outside.

Very clean and appears to be updated(fresh-looming paint, etc) the floors were hard instead of carpet which was nice.

Quality of the room was outdated and pitchy patched together. Drywall repairs just painted over and not sanded, drywall buckling in the bathroom, refrigerator dripping inside and rusted through the door. Drink cup rings still on side table next to bed, and peanuts on the floor. AC would not go below 71 degrees and it struggled keeping the room cool.

Price was affordable.

Floor hard; need some type of carpet pieces...no laundry bag or shower cap... no ice bucket or cups at time of check-in... had to request more washcloths; not enough in their for two people for which was registered... batteries in tv remote no longer worked; but front desk was able to give to me right then and left bad ones with him... UNABLE TO ACTUAL PARK NEAR ROOM (GUESTS OF CUSTOMERS PARKED IN SPACE ENTIRE TIME)...toilet really low and small... WORSE DISLIKE OF ALL WAS THAT MY CREDIT CARD WAS PLACED ON HOLD IN THE AMOUNT OD $325.26 DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS FOR UP FRONT AMENITIES $100 FEE AT FRONT DESK CHECK-IN; ON WEDNESDAY FEB 15, I PAID THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF RESERVATION PRIOR TO MY FRIDAY FEB17 ARRIVAL. ON SATURDAY (FEB 18), I WASN'T AWARE OF HOLD UNTIL I TRIED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING WHILE ATTENDING MARDI GRAS IN SANFORD FL. I HAD TRANSFERRED ALL CHECKING FUNDS TO THE CREDIT CARD. FRONT DESK WAS NOT ALLOWED TO RELEASE MY FUNDS AND THE MGR DIDN'T RELEASE UNTIL SUN FEB 19. THE HOLD FUNDS WEREN'T CREDITED BY THE BANK UNTIL TUES FEB 21. SO BASICALLY I HAD NO MONEY UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO MAKE LOAN ARRANGEMENTS ON SUNDAY, FEB 19 TO SPEND AT ANOTHER EVENT SCHEDULED THAT DAY. FORTUNATELY MY SISTER DID BUY ME FOOD FOR THE MARDI GRAS, BUT SHE HAD LIMITED FUNDS BECAUSE SHE ONLY HAD A CERTAIN AMOUNT ON HER CARD TO SPEND. SO I HAVE NO SOUVENIRS. IT WAS AWFUL!!!

The room smelled of cigarette smoke just as I opened the door. The Inn waned to charge me extra if I dirtied the room such as smoking.It was already dirty from smoke. An easy way of scamming more money from a guest. Check your maids and see if they are smoking in the rooms.

Okay room except it smelled of cigarette smoke. Features were fine, bed comfortable.
