The first 2 rooms were terrible and either smelled like smoke or smelled like a weird chemical. Also one room was extremely wet.

The last room was great and I was finally able to sleep.

Older interior finishes that may require updates or repairs, limited breakfast selection. I would have liked having access to free drinks during stay, including filtered bottled water or soda.

Little outdated for price, the cleaning products used were really strong. Overpowered the room the whole time. Loose toilet seat. Lamp plugs by beds didn't work, lamp in corner was ready to fall apart, so didn't even plug it in.

Room was clean, quiet evening. Sleeping comfort was ok and the air conditioner worked fine. Was there only one night. Gal at desk was polite.

The cleaning staff tried to come in at 8:25am with a quick knock then immediately entered without saying who they were. We were still sleeping from a 3am check-in. The “hot tub” is a jacuzzi tub. Paid extra for a false advertisement. And the shower is a death trap, very slippery and unsafe to be in.

The lady working the front desk when we checked in was great. The hotel was in a good location for our event.

the elevator smelled bad

it was clean except for the elevator and it had a weird smell. the facility could use some maintenance but our room was clean and the bed was great. pillows not so great though. I had my own. we were supposed to have booked 2 nights but Booking only did one and when we arrived the second night our door wouldn’t open. the front desk was extra nice and helpful and we got the second night taken care of and it was $18 less than the “bargain” that Booking gave us.

The breakfast was very odd. There were three mini muffins individually pre-wrapped in the bakery case. There were a few frozen breakfast sandwiches in a fridge. We looked and they were all vegetarian sausage. There were no options like fruit or yogurt. The pool was overrun with hotel employees and friends who drank, smoked and listened to loud music. They were friendly enough, but it was very strange. The ice machine didn’t work.

The room was very nice, updated, large and comfortable.

Ask for ground floor a month before me going there. I’m disabled they didn’t have room on ground floor. I had to climb stairs and they were slick so I fell on the stairs.

The entire floor sloped in our room and the toilet wobbled badly.

it was easy to locate. when I told the staff at checkout, they knew and seemed indifferent. it seems they may have no ability to make a difference. Possibly, management should listen to the staff.

Breakfast lame, didn’t eat there once in 6 weeks. The staff is seriously abused and underpaid. The manager is a thief and a weasel. He treats his staff and customers like crap and then doesn’t have the guts to speak to the guests in person or on the phone. We were harassed the entire 6 weeks for payment, he put through multiple unauthorized charges on my cards and made his poor staff take the fall for it.

it looked like a good place to be raped or murdered or both but hey its right behind Braums so at least there will be ice cream for the event. the pool was not operating and dirty. 4 slices of toilet paper was all that was left in the room

Breakfast was cheap. Not a lot of options and coffee machine broke. The staff was friendly however upon arrival no one was at the front desk. Housekeepers didnt give us new towels nor clean our room.
