Price/quality ratio not great (a bit on the expensive side). Some refurbishment would be necessary. Like in most/all motels in the US, single-use plastic cutlery at breakfast.

Good location not far from Palm Beach, close to shops, nice courtyard with swimming pool, room pretty comfortable, good (classical) breakfast, quiet despite the proximity of a boulevard.

The breakfast was barely passable and only a few of the staff were personable. The lighting throughout the grounds and rooms is terrible and jarring. The pool area is loud at night.

The pool and outdoor space is fun and well maintained. The shuttle was really convenient to get us where we needed to go.

The door to the outside that was next to our room, never locked. The pool towels had to be signed out and there was no charging to rooms

Shower wasn't draining properly.

Breakfast and personnel was good. Shower wasn't draining even after advise recepcionist.

There was a smell of humidity/mold/dust in the bedroom. The bath/shower could use an upgrade, it's starting to fall apart. Everything is starting to show its age really.

Staff at reception and at breakfast were helpful and professional. The location was good, a quick ride to downtown WPB. My room was quiet, didn't hear the neighbors or the street too much. Wifi in breakfast area was excellent.

The bathroom door in our room looked like it took a fist. It should have been changed and not painted over.

As it was our first time in West Palm Beach, we had no experience with other Hotels in this area. We chose this one because we always have/had good experiences with Best Western Hotels. This place as well, was a good pick, location, interior etc. was great as Best Western Hotels are always, according to our experience. When we will be in this are, we sure will come back here.

Rooms we’re comfortable and well equipped but some may say a little tired. Think BW Hotel group should maybe look at its use of non recyclable “cutlery” and plates.

Layout was nice with rooms around the pool and the gardens were well tended. Location suited me because I was attending a concert at the IThink Amphitheater. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and complimentary

Breakfast could have had better options.

The location and the staff. I enjoyed that this resort was next to Tanger Outlets and Target. I also enjoyed it was near a gas station that was selling Mango Frieza drinks and that also had a Hispanic style restaurant inside it that was selling lunch and dinner options. Overall we had a great time going to the beaches, relaxing and shopping like how we planned our vacation.

Bathroom door had mildew. Room smelled musty due to carpet. Only had breakfast once during my stay. It was okay not much to talk about.

Location was secure and perfect for my purpose. Grounds and outdoor facilities were well kept. Reception from check in to day of check out was professional and friendly. Breakfast attendants were polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to others.

The staff at check in was polite but not friendly. She briefly speak to us, we made a comment that we had been traveling for 14 hrs but she assigned a room on the second floor far away for the ladders and with no elevator building. We asked for a better acomodation but she said no with out even look at the system. We are not loud or messy people. Last time we stayed on the first building, it was a much better experience.

I was able to book the same day for a reasonable price.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Free breakfast. Easy check in and out. Mini-Fridge in the room. Easy location, right of the exit on I-95. Near outlet stores and nice restaurants. Under 10 minutes to the airport (WBI).

The airconditioning was very loud! We could not get the room completely dark and when we arrived some employees were busy with other activities instead of welcoming us friendly
