Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No place to hang the hand towel for drying hands in the bathroom.
The room was huge and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were different. When we checked in, the lady was extremely active and helpful and solve some of the initial problems we had with the room, while helping all the other guests checking in at the same time! In comparison, the lady on the morning shift the following days and at check out was not as helpful or polite. The fitness room and indoor pool were very nice. The breakfast was adequate, and it was best to come early to avoid the time when the room gets full and loud. The location is great for visiting the Palo Duro Canyon.

Really nice big room with couch and easy chair. Clean. Pleasant staff. Convenience store across the street - even open on Christmas Day. There were laundry facilities at the hotel and the front desk cheerfully gave change (quarters) for the machines. Nice trails in Palo Duro State Park

The breakfast selection could have been better. The room was mostly clean but there was definitely animal fur and I’m allergic so that was less than ideal.

The room was not what I expected: I reserved handicapped room. The door keys from previous person were left on tv cabinet It didn't appear to have been cleaned. A pair of shoes were left on the floor, seemed not to have been cleaned well. It had an ugly patch job in the bathtub.
The room was pretty and view was nice The coffee maker in room was great plus coffee in the lobby was convenient. The bed was comfortable, loved having extra pillows

The bathroom was strange. I think we were in a room designed for special needs. The water pressure was poor. All these eco friendly facilities are being counterproductive. You have to run the water longer in order to get clean and flush numerous times. Oh, well, not my decision. We also were awakened at 2 am with a lot of noise in the room above us. Thin insulation??
Location was great for us. Breakfast was just so-so.

Such friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. This was our 2nd stay and we will definitely stay here again. Love the breakfast and the pool.

Our bathroom shower leaked into our suitcase. When I went to inform the desk they said they already knew that but it leaked. Had we known we could have placed our clothes somewhere else in the room. Really disappointed that our luggage was soaked and clothes had to be moved to plastic bags. And yes, the night shift was informed. She was the one that told me they already knew about the leak.

My only complaint is the beds are a tad uncomfortable, they are soft but , the mattress sort of rolled into the middle of the bed.
The location and the room sizes are great. There were 6 of us dropping my daughter off to college. The 2 queen suite was very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Perfect location for visiting the college. Almost next door. Good Food options in the area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and nice options.

One small elevator. Towels very thin. Bathroom floor could use a deep clean

AC unit quit working after we turned it to fan, but there was an on-site repairman who fixed it. Whole facility needs upgrades, but the fix was swift and complete
