The pillows and blanket were a bit too thin for my liking. Also, it would be extremely helpful to provide QR codes to tip the housekeeping staff as many people don't carry cash anymore.

Wasn’t as family friendly as we thought. Not enough seating for breakfast with appropriate tables, and not a single high chair. Made it very difficult.

We have stayed there 4 times. 3 times no issues. This time a little disappointed. We wanted to relax and sleep in. Put the do not disturb sign up. At 8:00 they were cleaning the room above us. At 8:25 they were vacuuming right above our bed. Super loud. Didn’t get relax snd just get up when we wanted to. If you don’t want to be disturbed, they shouldn’t be vacuuming that early.

It is in a great location. The rooms are big. Living room and a separate bedroom. Always clean. We have stayed there 4 times

I like everything, the lobby is very comfortable and nice, very convenient location if you drive your car on the rainy day.

I enjoyed my stay there!

I wanted to have a calm/silent place to stay and it was exactly what I was looking for. If you do not have a car, it is a little far from downtown and the port (15-20 minutes walk). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location on Bainbridge Island and close to the Troll. Enjoyed the waffles at the breakfast bar.

With the exception of the late evening receptionist, the front staff was barely friendly. It was Christmas Day so for that I will make allowances.The soap were 2 tiny bars and everything wrapped in plastic, but again it was very clean and suitable.

The location, quality were were well worth the price points. The breakfst was nice; good snacks and kept very clean.

Everything about our stay was great!

The property itself was fabulous! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The windows opened up so we were able to let in some cold air, there was plenty of towels, and they even provided extra sheets and an extra pillow for us to make up the pull out bed from the couch. There was a hot breakfast available to us which had a nice selection of both hot foods and cold foods (and coffee and tea) and they are located right across the street from a shopping center so we had a Safeway and a Starbucks close by! The staff was really friendly! Check in was nice and easy, and they offered us a few different options for transportation since very little is offered on the island. And they even gave us a late check out so that we could walk down to one of the beaches without missing our check out time! We SO appreciated that! Our room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was really nice, and we had a lovely patio view from our room! Overall it was a really great stay!

No coffee maker in room (listed as an amenity). No sheets in room for hide-a-bed. Hide-a-bed very uncomfortable, not suitable for anyone other than possibly a small child. Rollaway was acceptable. Price was cheaper through booking site than on hotel website.

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, good ac/heat. Breakfast was OK, waffle griddles, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, juice and coffee - coffee was good. Location near many eating options and other shopping. Also near schools and public pool. Parking garage under hotel. Good selection of complimentary snacks and beverages in the evening.

I was a little bummed to find out there is no longer coffee makers in the hotel rooms and the elevator is soooooooooo slow.

Staff was amazing, location, and cleanliness are the reasons I continue to come back!

The bed in 323 (not window side of room) has a mattress problem. The 2 sides of this bed are very different. Had poor sleep both nights due to discomfort from mattress waking me up. Suggestion: Present a map with OVERVIEW of Bainbridge Island showing the parks, etc. At minimum, have an amazing map hanging in lobby. Can't get online either. Take boiled eggs off breakfast offerings - yuk!

A wonderful retreat - quiet, clean, courteous and professional staff - Love that.
