They had no sugar for the breakfast and coffee and then they just told me i can use the Artificial sweeteners instead Which doesn’t work for me. I feel they didn’t care and were to cheap to do anything to make their customers happy they had no excuse as only 1/4 mile down the road was a grocery store where they could buy sugar to get through breakfast time

Only one thing good is they have some rooms set up for people with dogs so they have a deck attached to the room with a door to take dog out they have a nice lawn and doggie bags and waste containers for the disposal it is the only reason I went there.

I called specifically before booking the hotel with my daughters, to be sure that the pool was available. The day before, it was assured that it was available and open, but when we got there it had been closed for a long while. I feel taken advantage of, and had upset kids who I had been telling for days that there would be a pool. I would have booked elsewhere, had i been given an honest answer to my direct, important, question i asked on the phone.

Refrigerator froze some of my foods I placed inside of it, it seemed to run too cold. Also the King Mattress seemed a bit too stiff, very hard to get a good night sleep on it.

1.Our room was just cleaned once during our whole stay. 2.Pool was out of service during 2 days (being one of the reasons we booked this hotel) 3.Some staff wasn't too nice. Completely different staff than the one we had in a previous visit which was very nice and attentive.

The pictures of the pool online were not actual pictures of the pool at this location. We choose a hotel with a pool for my toddler and when we arrived it was a big disappointment. The lady at check in was also really rude to my husband which is the first direct reflection of the hotel. I might suggest putting someone more personable & respectful in the front.

The thermostat in my room didn't work, but staff took care of that quickly. I was unable to get the computers in the lobby to work.

The bedroom and bathroom were roomy. Nice soap and towels. Very clean. Breakast included protein choices and fresh fruit.

The mattress was a little disappointing and felt a little hard with little support. Replacing it with a higher end mattress would bring better reviews

one of the best surprises was the amount of options given for breakfast. Fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, pastry, any many gluten options for those needing that.
