Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Room was great. Very close to Capitola Beach which was great but also good for all road links. Parking was easy and plenty of space. Breakfast was good.

Great location, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was plenty of breakfast options. Will definitely book again when visiting Capitola.

Busy pool because of spring break
We stayed in a 2 bedroomed suite at the rear of the hotel and whilst we suffered some neighbor noise from the room upstairs in the early evenings it was generally quiet. The breakfast was good, choice of fruit, porridge, waffles ,bacon etc. Tea and coffee were on tap in the lobby area & freshly made cookies were available in the afternoon. The pool was warm but generally busy with children as we visited during spring break. Capitola beach does get very busy with parking & traffic so the Inn, whilst not beach front ,is convenient as it is a 15 minute walk to the beach area.

Nothing can't complain
The breakfast was excellent good food and selection. Everything was kept clean and stocked. The manager upgraded our room after I told her my husband was disabled and it was hard for him to go all the way up to the 3rd floor. She gave us a room on the 1st floor and it was also an upgrade.

The view...outhouses on the property next door. Due to construction, breakfast was spread out in 2 rooms, coffee bar in the hallway and waffles in the lobby. Hot breakfast items were sparce.

We were upgraded to a suite which came as a pleasant surprise. The facility was well run, clean, and the breakfast was really nice each morning. We got a text in the morning asking us if we wanted room service and appreciated the proactive communication. I highly recommend this place. Very pleasant stay.

Lovely entry, friendly, helpful staff, spacious & comfortable rooms/ beds warm pool & hot tub but with longer hours : ( 6 am to 10pm) The warm breakfast menu, using real eggs, better cheese, and less fatty meats could be improved a lot, better quality, maybe local coffee and hotter! Looking forward to renovated gym and new breakfast eating area!!

I can't think of anything we didn't like.
The front desk check-in, friendly customer service and communication throughout was great for the 7 of us. We had asked to see if we could check in a little earlier and got a text when the room was available. Both rooms were very clean and quiet on our floor. Due to construction, the breakfast room was temporarily moved to a convenient location by the lobby. There was plenty of continental breakfast, other items like waffles and beverages. Everything was fresh.

Room requires one mor garbage can by the desk.
Breakfast area was under construction, but temp location was clean, food was very well presented and tasty, and there was plenty of seating. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and well decorated

Some of the staff didn’t help some were great. The eating facilities weren’t big enough. There were 4 of us and we couldn’t eat together. We had a hard time at breakfast.
Easy to get to, heart of Captolia and very nice and safe location. The staff was very pleasant and mostly helpful . Check in was very easy and pleasant

A microwave in the breakfast room would be nice, to heat my coffee a bit more or to soften the refrigerated butter.
