You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe in-room thermostat read "Error" and I couldn't figure out how to set it. However, I called the front desk and someone came to the room to check on it. They fixed the issue - the air unit had to be reset. Inconvenient, but they dealt with it quickly.
Comfortable bed and room furnishings; fast Wifi; great water pressure in bathroom sink & shower. Close to downtown Cooperstown (~4 mi). Met all expectations.

United States of AmericaPeople were loud, I could hear them in there room next to us. I don't think I would stay during the baseball season. The hot tub was not working, I am not sure if I was sent an email about that but if not it would be good to send a message.
The location was good, Oneonta College only 25 mins away. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was very good, especially when you want something quick.

The breakfast selection was good. The staff was very friendly. They were kind enough to let me borrow an ice scraper! My room had a beautiful view! The location of the hotel to the local attractions was perfect.

United States of AmericaI used the laundry facilities, I found the dryer questionable, it charged $3. - 30 or so minutes, no control, not only did I pay that, it was necessary to spend an additional $3. To me that was excessive.
Breakfast was not your usual help yourself, yes you served yourself but there was also a chef on staff that kept a breakfast selection (changed daily) nice and hot and well supplied. This was a very nice touch.

IsraelYou'd expect a Best Western to hold certain standards. That's what BW is all about. This hotel was a sleazy joint, run down, unpleasant, terrible acoustics. It resembled some of the low-price motel chains that you can find scattered around the US. The beds were uncomfortable - the height of the mattress plane was more than 3 feet. They should have provided a ladder to climb into bed. The price, however, wouldn't have ashamed a real 3 star hotel. It's also located in the middle of nowhwere.
