The sheets did not seem to be very clean. I noticed yellow stains on them and that was on my last day there. The breakfast could use some upgrades too. The eggs are not good at all.

Loved the renovations and the upgrades to the hotel. It was like a brand new property. It is close to everything. There are several options for dining from fine dining to drive thru for burgers.

Room coffee was terrible. Could not drink the in-room coffee. The in-room refrigerator did not work so well. The freezer worked great but the refrigerator struggled to keep our cold items cold. Having the beds made during our stay was an added service that was not explained to us at check-in. Upon returning to the room for the second night we were looking forward to fresh made beds and a cleaned room. When I called the front desk to ask about the beds not being made I was told that was an added service that I had to request at check-in. Not sure if I agree with that policy. Disappointing to say the least.

Breakfast included with stay added value. The staff working the breakfast area in the mornings was terrific. Overall qualtiy of food and drink options were great.

We were on our way to a funeral and arrived an hour short of check in. I called three times and was kind of 'put off' by staff not being able to commit to one room being available to change into appropriate clothes for the occasion. We were however able to get in and changed. Also, there is clearly a need for upgrading the place which I noted was underway.

Breakfast was adequate. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool looked awesome but we didn't use it. Parking is adequate; it's easy to find and there are some good walking areas nearby with lots of shopping opportunities for the usual stuff.

Coffee, whatever the hotel’s coffee brand is - AWFUL, bitter stuff! I tried the room coffee, it was horrid. The breakfast coffee was only slightly better, but still unpleasant.

Room was clean, set up and layout of room great! Location was close to the exit, with a Starbucks right in front of- HUGE bonus for me! Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was good. Loved the indoor pool. Amenities were on point! Definitely updated and maintained.

The gentleman who maintained the breakfast area was AWESOME! It was very clean and he kept the food stocked up. He was very friendly and was concerned for the needs of the guests.

A bit of an older building, as others have noted. This manifested in a slightly damp/moldy smell to the premises. The air-conditioning was a bit dry, as well.

The rooms could use an update for current technology. There was one outlet in between the beds. The lamp and clock were plugged into it. Luckily, I have stayed at this hotel before and knew to bring my mini power strip. I had to unplug the clock to plug in the power strip to be able to use my CPAP and charge my phone. The tv was not set up for any streaming services, or have a guide for channels.

Love that the location is near my family and very easy to get to from the interstate. The staff is always friendly and personable. Breakfast was more than just pastries, there were eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels, yogurt and cereal. The pool looked clean. The beds were very comfortable.

the sausage however had lots of gristle in it. Find a different supplier. Need some real dumbbells in the fitness room. TV was unable to change channels in the fitness room. Bed was too soft.
